Overall the hotel was very clean as was our room which also had plenty space. In the room, while the toilet was a seperate room, the shower was in the actual bedroom area and while screened on one side was open to the other. Overall, we were left with more negative memories than positive ones. The pool does exist, but it’s small and the water is very cold. Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Truly amazing service and the family room and spa are great as well!

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast. We arrived very late due to issues with transport, but the front desk was open and able to check us in, no problem.

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

The breakfast was appreciated (an excellent selection) and the staff were professional. The bathroom in our room was very new and modern but the bedroom was tired (and we were disappointed with that). Sheets were crisp and comfortable.

First room allocated was very small and faced into an indoor courtyard felt claustrophobic however they did upgrade us to a better room when we highlighted this. Great location and very clean

Everyone was so nice and so helpful. We had an issue with our keys but they moved quickly to help us get on with our day while they sorted it out. Breakfast was outstanding… I have nothing but positive things to say!

We stayed in this good hotel for a few days. The front desk staff- LUCIA & Rossalla are very helpful, professional and warm. They answered our questions with patience and were very knowledgable. The hotel is like an old castle remodeled and in very good condition, AC works great. Rooms are big and has an elevator. In general it was a great, one night stay and there are several good dining options nearby. That made a huge difference to us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Palazzo Calo was fabulous. Excellent location in the historic area. The hotel is renovated and in excellent condition. The loft rooms are very comfortable and lots of size. Parking at Jolly Parking was easy and close to the hotel. (30 euro and in and out is allowed) breakfast was perfect and the welcome drink in the lounge was a nice touch.

An historic building in the heart of the old town. We enjoyed a spacious room, and the staff were most helpful. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant too.

Really nice property-clean, modern and well situated. And the staff were immensely helpful-super impressed.

The room was spacious and well designed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Words cannot express how much our family (8 adults and 1 baby) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were beautifully decorated (and spacious), breakfast was very good and hospitality was even better. Mille Grazie!

We visited the SPA, and paid 360 euros for the experience (with a massage for 3 pax). The staff were very friendly; however, we needed to call them to get the jacuzzi working. No shampoo or conditioner is available, so please bring your own products.

THIS A GREAT HOTEL FOR THE STARTING OF OUR TOURING OF BARI AND NEAR BY CITIES. THE BREAKFAST WAS SIMPY WONDERFUL AND STAFF AND ATTENDANTS JUST FANTASTIC

I must say the communications via email by this hotel were amazing. You felt you were a valued guest and they answered all queries and stayed behind to receive us just after 22.00. Breakfast was amazing and the room facilities were outstanding. They were so helpful .

The hotel staff were fantastic our rooms very comfortable. The breakfast the best. Made our trip wonderful. Could ask for more. The area at first a little scary but not when we start out. Very easy to get to see all of Bari. There are restaurants right next door that are great.

We only stayed one evening at KiBari but it was absolute perfection! 😊 Elisabetta was the icing on the cake - super friendly, helpful, welcoming and always quick to respond and offering many suggestions for restaurants and sites. The location is unbeatable, a short walk from the train and bus stations yet near the ancient city with all the attractions and charm just steps away. The room was a cozy...

Was our best decision ever. Great location in the middle of Bari. The hostess Elisabetta was always friendly, helpful and in good mood. We had a small appartment with a wonderful terrace - there was direct access from the appartment to the lower floor where breakfast (very good) was served. Once we are back in Bari we know where to stay !!!!

Staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Near the coast, bus and train station. Really nice undiscovered part of Italy.

It was fantastic. We really got a warm welcome. Rooms always clean and breakfast was fantastic. Although elizabetta is not always around qe could contact here at any time via WhatsApp. Thanks for your fantastic hospitality and also thank your assistant and your father for taking us to airport.

I booked Kibari for the high reviews and can just confirm that it is just the truth. Elisabetta is an amazing host, she is available all the times, gives you all the information and tips you need. Our stay was just better because of her. The room is cute, clean and well equipped with all you need! I just recommend any person to stay at Kibari, the location is also very good, near to everything by foot...

We loved this fun B&B in the heart of Bari. The host is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Our stay was a short one, and she helped us get the best out of our time in Bari. The town itself is diverse, noisy and hectic, which suited us perfectly at this point in our tour. Loved it. 😊
