Where to stay in Bari

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

We stayed just one night. Location-wise, it wasn’t great since it’s quite far from the old city — a taxi ride cost around €25–30, which was a bummer. A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast. We arrived very late due to issues with transport, but the front desk was open and able to check us in, no problem.

Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

It's a bit far from downtown Bari, but the facilities are clean and good. However, the breakfast wasn't very extensive and didn't offer a wide selection.

The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two...

The breakfast was appreciated (an excellent selection) and the staff were professional. The bathroom in our room was very new and modern but the bedroom was tired (and we were disappointed with that). Sheets were crisp and comfortable.

First room allocated was very small and faced into an indoor courtyard felt claustrophobic however they did upgrade us to a better room when we highlighted this. Great location and very clean

We stayed in this good hotel for a few days. The front desk staff- LUCIA & Rossalla are very helpful, professional and warm. They answered our questions with patience and were very knowledgable. The room was very nice and close to all the shops and restaurants. However,we were on the first floor next to street and it’s very noisy all night. There’s a shared refrigerator on the top floor, so you have to walk up 5 floors. It would be better to have a small refrigerator in the room.
