Avoid staying at this hotel. It was, by far, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Communication was nonexistent from the start—when we arrived, no one was there to greet us, and we spent the entire day waiting for a response from the owner, Louisa, whose behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. The overall attitude made the experience feel hostile and deeply uncomfortable.

The room itself was completely misrepresented. It was outdated, dirty, and had clear signs of pest issues, which made it uninhabitable. We had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodations, disrupting our travel plans.

There are far better options in the area that offer clean rooms, fair pricing, and professional service. Based on our experience, this property felt unprofessional and unreliable, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Access to the private courtyard only includes a parking space as it can guarantee parking for all rooms! They park illegally occupying places not reserved for them, creating discontent on the part of guests and owners, who are repeatedly reminded to have a civil and correct behavior in compliance with the condominium rules that do not provide for landlords!
