We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We love the location - on the main boardwalk and an easy walk to the centre of town for evening activities. I stayed at Hotel Cristalda one week in the beginning of June. It was a very pleasant experience. The rooms was very nice, clean and spacious,. The hotel has a very good location, the sea is just two minutes away and you reach the center with in a short walk.
The staff is very service minded, helpful and welcomig. I higly reconend this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Cristalda with an Irish group and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-kept, just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach and about 15 minutes on foot from the town center.

One of the highlights was the breakfast – the variety was impressive compared to many other hotels we've stayed in. Dinner was also well-organized: the waiter came to each table to take orders for two choices of "primi" and "secondi," along with salad and dessert.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend Hotel Cristalda to others visiting Vieste.

Our stay at the Hotel Cristalda in Vieste was simply impeccable. We had the pleasure of collaborating with the hotel on the occasion of the 5+5 Days Puglia sporting event, organized by PWT Italia, which saw the participation of over 250 orienteering athletes from different parts of the world. During the two-week stay, the hotel hosted various groups of athletes, proving to be up to the logistical and comfort needs of such a vast and diverse clientele.

Particular thanks go to the director Bartolomeo, who proved to be a leading figure in the management of every detail, with extraordinary availability and professionalism. His leadership was reflected in every aspect of the service, helping to create a welcoming and organized atmosphere. The hotel staff also demonstrated great competence and friendliness, managing to promptly satisfy the needs of all guests, with a smile and a positive attitude that made our stay even more pleasant.

The Hotel Cristalda was not only a perfect place to relax after the races, but also a precious partner in organizing overnight stays for the entire group of athletes, guaranteeing impeccable service and smooth logistics. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism, comfort and a family atmosphere in one of the most fascinating destinations in Puglia.

Excellent hotel 2 steps from the sea and 5 minutes from the historic center free parking at the back. Comfortable room and bathroom with perfect balcony, air conditioning and minibar. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, both sweet and savory, cappuccino and coffee with bar machine. Very good dinner with excellent quality products. A special mention to the director and his fantastic staff, trained, professional, kind, friendly and above all with great willingness to adapt to our unexpected needs. Thanks to you all.

I spent 3 days in this hotel, a structure that I define as wonderful; as well as an excellent 3 stars.
Its location is excellent, both for the distance very close to the sea and for the distance from the town which can be easily reached on foot. Rooms, mine with sea view (stupendous), all very comfortable and very CLEAN. Hospitality and high organization! Breakfasts and even more so dinners are highly recommended because everything is of excellent quality! But the best compliments to the facility director together with all the staff!!! To return as soon as possible!

I had already been to this hotel and I only had confirmation of what I had found the previous times. First of all, excellent cleaning, always essential, in recent years even more so. Our room and bathroom were spacious, in the room you will find a minibar, a safe and a wardrobe, it seems obvious, but from experience not all hotels offer a real wardrobe in the room ... if I'm not mistaken every room has a balcony that if you are lucky it will allow you to see the sea, small parking in front of the hotel, but possibility to park at the back without problems. Close to the sea and the historic center, but out of the chaos. Five stars go above all to the staff, all included, for their priceless courtesy, without ever being intrusive and their granite patience. Really everyone, reception, housekeeping and room staff, kind, nice and also ready to help in case of need, I had a misunderstanding with the car and I can only thank them for the invaluable help I received. I'm sorry I don't remember or know only some of their names, I will make up for it the next time I return to Vieste and the Hotel Cristalda.
