Not updated rooms, even with rust in the bathroom. Nice breakfast and swimming pool. Few minutes away by car from the closest beach. Not great value in general.

A very good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. It would be five stars if the reception staff knew better English and would offer more details on the hotels amenities and services. The breakfast was adequate. We also had dinner once in our five day stay and the waiter who took our order charged us differently our given order, a thing we found out before checking out... The food was excellent though...

Traveled to Manfredonia for business and the Regiohotel is the clear choice for the city. Easy access to the main roads, amazing lobby and bar, good food and comfy rooms. I will definitely be returning for business in the future.

At hotel for event. Function room nice and air con. The main areas in the hotel didn’t seem to have aircon on. Pool area looked lovely - enjoyed an expresso there - as it was the only area serving coffee!

All staff was helpful. A well-managed wellness centre is in the underground floor conveniently accessible by a lift that you can take just outside of rooms. The room was spotless and the hotel is located a few kilometres outside of Manfredonia, easily accessible without having to tackle city traffic. Well kept, with a lovely view. I used to live in Manfredonia and passed this place many times. I finally had occasion to stay while visiting again. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed there in the winter time. Hotel was wonderful. Meals, crew, wievs, location etc.. They were very hospitality. I advice everybody. A small but lovely Italian province or maybe district I'm not sure. But fresh air, nice coast, fishing and yachting port and hot blood humans..

As it says in the name it offers a gorgeous view of the bay. Clean and good rooms, nice staff. Breakfast is the standard Italian: many fresh sweets, fruits and some continental, the local yogurt and the fresh cakes are worth mentioning. The restaurant downstairs is one of the best in town, after a few failed attempts I'd stick to it next time.

Lifeguard on the beach was very polite and friendly, good english knowledge, we could choose a parasol and deck chairs. 2 swimming pools, small playgrounds, and beach near our apartment. Suitable also for small children, apartment located in pine grove, good entertainment program not only for childer.

It is set among the olive trees and oleanders. The beach is very nice and very quiet. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the fairer sex, and the boys of the animation team are fantastic.

Great acomodation & nice roof top. Room keeping & bar was excellent!

Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests.

We come from Rome the week in csvallo with the mid-August, booking at the last minute we were treated very well. As soon as we arrived they allowed us to stop in a room while we waited for the house to be ready because we arrived before the scheduled time. The house was spotless. The girls were super nice and super helpful. Hope to return next year

The position was very central to the marine, shops & eateries. Facilities were comfortable. If you need WiFi it's poor, drops out. We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. Place is really nice, clean and has most everything you need. Parking is tricky as well as checking in ( needs appointment) . Make sure you contact management before hand . Otherwise it’s perfect.

Had a wonderful meal here with friends. It’s right on the side of the old harbour close to the centre of Manfredonia. Fish was extremely fresh and prepared very well. There was a good choice of starters and wine. Staff friendly and helped with our choices.
