Despite asking for confirmation that the rooms would be in Casa Manfredi on the Corso Manfredi, we ended up on a side street. BAD. Via mail I was quoted 130 and 150 for two rooms and when paying it was then different, until we were back to the original quote. ANNOYING. If you book here - ensure you are clear about which building and what the price is. Rooms themselves were acceptable.

Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests.

Very difficult vehicular access, the room I took had a balcony and a sea view but it did not have either, The breakfast was very poor and you have to wait for the staff to arrive to check in, I really do not recommend it!

The description, address and services of the place do not correspond to the room you receive, therefore "deception on the goods" Very bad reception Waiting Dangerous staircase because very steep and very high steps Shower in the room with leaks and very bad smells of sewerage! No response to our complaints!

Amazing location, great hospitality and stunning rooms.

We come from Rome the week in csvallo with the mid-August, booking at the last minute we were treated very well.
As soon as we arrived they allowed us to stop in a room while we waited for the house to be ready because we arrived before the scheduled time.
The house was spotless.
The girls were super nice and super helpful.
Hope to return next year

Had a wonderful meal here with friends. It’s right on the side of the old harbour close to the centre of Manfredonia.

Fish was extremely fresh and prepared very well. There was a good choice of starters and wine.

Staff friendly and helped with our choices.

Its one of the best located hotel near sea beach of Manfredonia. one can have a view of sea beach from inside hotel.The quality of sea food is really awesome.one can go there with family and fiends to enjoy the vacation.good peoples and very good place.

Excellent restaurant for seafood lovers. It is very fresh and located right in front of a beautiful harbor typical of the region. So, you know where you come from on your plate. Also, you can eat outside and enjoy the beautiful harbor view at night.
