This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Otranto. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the harbour and breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a real treat to stay here. The golf cart to assist with luggage from the free parking (a 10 minute park) was a bonus.

Palazzo de Mori, Sergio, Federica and the team were an absolute haven in the atypical windy and wet weather while we were in Otranto, the space and service was excellent, we hope to return as soon as possible!

We spent five nights at this lovely hotel at the end of September 2025. It is located in the historic center, but parking is convenient just outside the entrance to the city. The staff at Palazzo De Mori is exceptional and made our stay very pleasant. They were always extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was like a little work of art each day. I hope to return one day.

UItra clean rooms, and the terrace is simply asthonising! The Breakfast buffet is just perfect. The location and pick-up service at the entrance of the town is great service.

Loved our stay at Palazzo De Mori! We arrived past the usual check in time and Sergio helped us with very informative instructions on how to get into the property and access our room - such a relief! Georgetta on front desk provided some excellent restaurant recommendations - thank you! Rooms were clean and nice with a beautiful view of the port. Price/compfort value very good. Very nice location, great breakfast, very friendly stuff. Great atmosphere, would definitely go again.

Kindness, availability and above all cleanliness! I would like to point out that, although there was no shower cubicle in the bathroom, the curtain was replaced several times in 8 days, as well as the linen. With these adjectives I therefore intend to define the Masseria Fabrizio, without forgetting to mention the excellent breakfast where a good assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, cold cuts and cheeses...

Few steps form a wonderful beach and 10 minutes (by foot) from the astonishing city centre. The hotel provides all what needed for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is very good and everyone is truly interested to provide the best experience to the customers. Last but not least, car parking is easy available almost all the day long.

Absolutely stunning location and the service is beyond amazing: homemade cakes with homemade jam and homemade spirits! Super kind service! I truly recommend it!

Last June, 2024, I was able to enjoy a few days at the Hotel Degli Haethy. I felt at home, or even better! The hotel is very nice,quiet,and very clean, but the best thing it offers is the staff. Friendly staff and great location ! I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Minerva. Carlo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room had a very comfortable bed, great shower and A/C. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the historic old town. It was perfect !!

I stayed for a few nights from 06 August 2023 with my family and other friends and the first impact was the reflection of the holiday. The very kind owner gave us a very spacious room on the ground floor. The perfect breakfast. His Lady is also very kind. Definitely worth 4-5 stars. Great location looking over the harbour and beach. Make sure you get a sea view room (room 1 is a larger suite). Everything is clean and comfortable. Easy access to beach. Restaurant beside hotel is above average tourist fare, and gets a nice breeze when everywhere else is hot. Only fault is that the WiFi is weak.

Right in front of the main beach of Otranto, in between the old town/eastern peninsula and lighthouse/western peninsula. I came during low season and thoroughly enjoyed. The owner was kind enough to bring me to/from the train station and put up with me changing my mind a million times about my plans (but also kind not my fault). We were disappointed with this hotel, we had spent the previous night also in a three star in Santa Maria dei Lauca there was no comparison. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly, the whole place was tired and shabby even allowing for the fact that it is the end of the season. Clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Mine did not have sea view but then I had budget priced room too. Only minor complaint I can think of is size of TV, but very very minor complaint.

We stayed at this resort for three days and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and peaceful and quiet, perfect for a break from the daily grind. Special praise goes to the receptionist, who is always courteous and helpful. Our holiday has come to an end ... We stayed at the residence "La Corte dei Melograni". Enchanting place, ... a swimming pool surrounded by a lot of well-kept greenery that offers serenity and relaxation. The rooms were spotless .... Not to mention the breakfast. A beautiful hotel on the edge of Otranto! The pool area is surrounded by plants and small trees. The hotel owners are helpful and accommodating.

Good setting, newly renovated and extremely clean rooms. Swimming pool, kids playing area with trampoline. Family run business, everybody was very kind and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, all homemade, and owners encourage you to pack yourself a takeaway lunch. This itself makes it an excellent value for money stay!

Very nice place with pleasant atmosphere. Extremely clean and tidy rooms and surrounding. The relax area in the middle is a nice place to be with kids or have a coffee. I feel save and comfy. Super-nice facilities and exceptional location - 5 min walk to the old city center while basically being in a camp. A big setback is a noisy funpark located just by the campsite that blasts music until midnight.

Great location with great staff! Highly recommended. We extended our stay several times and really enjoyed it there. We will come back if we visit Otranto again.

We recently returned from a four night stay at this wonderful property and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Otranto. We had a lovely, spacious room with a plunge pool and enjoyed some quiet time poolside. We had a very long travel day and arranged for dinner on our first night and wow.....it was special and spectacular! First, we were treated like guests at someone's home and enjoyed...

We had a wonderful stay, the room we had with the private pool was stunning and well appointed. The breakfast in the morning was so fresh and lovely, we also had dinner a couple of evenings and the food was outstanding. We loved getting to know all of the staff and by the end of the stay we felt like part of the family. Would highly recommend and we will be returning, thank you.

The masseria was a sanctuary for our family during the hot Puglian summer. The family and staff were fantastic and the property itself is beautiful and has modern appointments. We enjoyed a super break at ML earlier this year. The property is a 5-10 min drive from Otranto Old Town and a similar drive to the busy beach which also requires a long walk after parking. Our room was tidy and well appointed. The private garden was a bit small and the tall bushes whilst providing privacy might make some feel claustrophobic. Maybe book a bigger room if possible. Great location, walking distance to the beach and old town. After a month of being traveling around Italy, I think this place is overpriced. Old hotel, fair accommodation, wifi connection not straight forward. Parking fee not included. Breakfast was good, not great.

You have to pay €8 for parking... gave up trying to connect to wifi... no water pressure at all.. apart from that is in nice location and you get what you pay for

We just left and would like to go back already! The b & b is in a strategic position even for those on foot. Attached to the sea and the historic center but to make everything more wonderful are Mario and Lucia, the owners! Central (200m walk from the centre) great view over the sea. Rooms are clean, prices are very competitive. With free wifi, air conditioning and parking. Perfect to visit the centre of Otranto. And our room was bigger than a one bedroom flat in London, even with our private balcony! A must stay.
