We loved the entertainment staff and activities they created, particularly those in the evening. This is definitely a place for families. The sea was beautiful and all facilities (football, volleyball, archery, swimming) are great. The room was small and basic but sufficient.

If it happens that you land there, might come the gigantic problem that you don’t want ever to leave….! Everything is “over the top”

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms.. big swimming pool, located only 2 km from Otranto and 5 minutes by car from the beach. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast selection of food. Could be more variety of healthy options and fruit.

The hotel is located in a very strategic position, just ten minutes walking from the most beautiful beaches in Otranto and from the city centre. Very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, fridge, large wardrobe and balcony. Breakfast is served every morning with sweet and salty options.

We were disappointed with this hotel, we had spent the previous night also in a three star in Santa Maria dei Lauca there was no comparison. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly, the whole place was tired and shabby even allowing for the fact that it is the end of the season. Clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Mine did not have sea view but then I had budget priced room too. Only minor complaint I can think of is size of TV, but very very minor complaint.

Basic hotel. Reception was very warm and always very polite. The room was simply furnished with a closet and a bed. Also a bathroom and balcony. WIFI in the room worked great. The breakfast was very nice and you could choose on arrival.

The location is strategic to say the least, a stone's throw from the sea, the historic center and a 10-minute walk from the station. Simple and clean rooms, with everything you need. Great location, walking distance to the beach and old town. After a month of being traveling around Italy, I think this place is overpriced. Old hotel, fair accommodation, wifi connection not straight forward. Parking fee not included. Breakfast was good, not great.

You have to pay €8 for parking... gave up trying to connect to wifi... no water pressure at all.. apart from that is in nice location and you get what you pay for

Mixed review here....quite a good room on same level as reception....we were lucky, lots of steps to the restaurant and pool not good for young families and older guests in my opinion. Nice hotel which is located at about 3 km of port Otranto. Food is alright, a remark to make there are a lot of stairs/elevators to take get to your room. The way to your room can complicated.

The residence has a very large pool with many loungers and chairs. You can also walk 20-30 min and get to the beach but there's also a "train" car that takes you there, although you have to get back early if you want to take the train back to the hote. We stayed one night at this resort during our time in Otranto, and we would come back! Beautiful resort and very close to the beach. The shuttle was convenient but the walk isn't too far either. And the breakfast pastries and fruit were phenomenal! Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
