We loved the entertainment staff and activities they created, particularly those in the evening. This is definitely a place for families. The sea was beautiful and all facilities (football, volleyball, archery, swimming) are great. The room was small and basic but sufficient.

If it happens that you land there, might come the gigantic problem that you don’t want ever to leave….! Everything is “over the top”

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.

The personalized service we received was second to none , I’d like to make a special mention of Ivana who was available and accommodating of any request we had. We truly wanted for nothing. The trip was extremely enjoyable. In particular the housing and service was excellent. I enjoyed the sunset cocktails and the terrace at the sunset bar. Guiseppe and the front office team as well as the housekeeping were noteworthy. Big shout out to Mauro snd the GM Victor!

We just left 4 incredible days in Otranto at this wonderful hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to their guests. The rooms are lovely and spacious and kept immaculate. An added plus is their free shuttle to the old town , the port, and beach clubs. We had rented a car but it’s quite stressful to figure out the parking. We were not happy with the room. We received a handicap room and there was no chair at all in the room to sit in. We tried to upgrade, but the hotel was full. In all fairness, we were offered a different room for the next day, but it did not seem worth the trouble. In addition, the maids broke the shower on the first day where they cleaned. A maintenance man came to fix it, but said it was not fixable...

This hotel is located right by a beach club and walking distance from a public beach. It was a perfect location to enjoy Otranto’s beautiful beach. The hotel was walking distance to the Okd Town and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care.

We didn’t stay there. We just used the spa. The spa was very nice! Relaxing. It had several sections which was a nice change from just a pool and sauna. The moose showers with scented water were unique for us and enjoyable. However we did find the sauna didn’t heat up very much, and water poured on the rocks didn’t evaporate violently. I feel like this hotel could need a renovation, but that’s just my personal opinion when it comes to the style and overall condition. The breakfast was until 10:30, but when we arrived towards 09:55/10:00, some food was already gone and I haven’t seen (4 days) that any additional food would have been added. We visited this hotel as part of a tour of Puglia. We were a large group but the hotel were able to cater for us really well. Our room was very large with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. We had dinner which was lovely.

This is a well situated hotel with less than a 10minute easy walk to the sea. Public spaces were nice but the bedrooms are a lot more basic, no frills , no drink making facilities. A clean well located hotel with breakfast that's adequate. What let's it down is the bed is hard and join in middle makes it very uncomfortable. The bed only had 2 uncomfortable pillows also. We had a poor sleep. A topper pad would solve this issue with 2 more quality pillows. No jug and cups jn the room so can't even make a drink.

We were travelling during a very hot period of late may. Reception claimed that it was technically impossible to have the AC on (too cold.. yeah right. we had 28 C all week.) Room was too hot to sleep and street too noizy to hace window open. Would have been a great place had they only spent the money having the AC on. Yes, it is an economical thing, not technical !

The hotel is 4* worthy. You do need a car to explore the area around it as there is hardly no public transport.

Very nice place to make a break, not to big, not to many people, not to crowded. Very nice and helpful people. The distance to the first nice place is close but the way is to dark for walking of biking so you always have to use the car.
