Very good We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful, everything’s beautiful there. You need a car to go to the city, otherwise is 45 euros the partner taxi from the hotel. We expected more from the breakfast. The room is very comfortable, good bed, amazing shower, wifi works well but not on the pool area. Would go back for sure, amazing experience.

Our little oasis My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had the best stay! Our favorite part was the breakfast! It is family run and they were very welcoming and hospitable. Overall a nice experience, but a bit more variety in breakfast and lunch snacks would be nice, given the price. When we ordered some snacks to the pool area, they delivered it with a plastic plate & fork, which was a bit mood killer for me personally. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and genuine. I would stay again, unless the price is more than 200€.

I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and toddler. I wish it was longer. The buildings are ancient and easy on the eyes, the grounds are relaxing (especially the outdoor dining area), the people were friendly, the service was warm and helpful. No complaints!

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. Great hotel for families The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip (we came for a wedding), the food at the hotel was very nice and so was the pool. However, the hotel was packed with families and quite noisy. I think it is a great place for families, but perhaps not if you want to go as a couple and have a relaxing time.
