Our accommodation was elsewhere but we wanted to see and experience a Masseria so went for lunch to this one. Lovely buildings, restaurant, poll etc with vineyard and love trees on doorstep. Lunch excellent in fabulous, light-filled dining room. If only I could afford to stay here a few nights!

We spent 5 relaxing nights in this beautiful masseria, family run with friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool & gardens very much. We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia. I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)
