The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The stay was pleasant and I would say the following: Pros -restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian. -beach is nice and good general facilities - hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello Cons -unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Fantastic hotel. Giuseppe the manager was so helpful and professional as were all the other staff. Children were attended to so well in the kids club. Fully recommend for families with kids. Evening entertainment and food were superb

Friendly staff!!! All clean, nice beach and good food. Ask for a sea view room, it’s worth the extra price for the view and no street below your room.😉 Full recommendation.

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. The shows & evening entertainment are great. All of the staff are extremely friendly. It is perfect for families, there is so much for children to do.

Friendly staff, the facilities are of excellent quality and carefully groomed. Very pleasent, only problem is the extremely loud entertainment on the beach... Impossible to have a conversation of any nature, we had 2 avoid the beach in the morning

We happy to chose this place. We had a car and travelled from hotel to different places. Very good relax close to the beach and pool area.

We have just returned from a weeks stay here as part of a Newmarket tour group. This is a good hotel, we had a high room (511) which had an excellent view out to say and across to the resort. The room itself was a little pokey but was adequate for our needs. There is entertainment which is quite good, a very friendly hotel with pleasant staff everywhere. Nice lounges inside and out and a nice bar....

I highly recommend the Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel. The high-quality service is clearly a result of effective management. Almost every staff member clearly understands their responsibilities, providing guests with pleasantly surprising service. The lady at the front desk with black-rimmed glasses gave us very thorough recommendations for sightseeing and dining, with incredibly attentive service....

Everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. They had all the amenities that we needed. The gym was great and the breakfast was superb. Everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.

Aurelia Sea View exceeded all our expectations. The location is incredible. The villa is straight by the beach. There is a lot of space in the garden to relax. Our room was large and very comfortable. The service is exceptional. Melania and Angelo could not have been more helpful. Melania also prepared excellent lunches and dinners for us. We had such a good rest.
