The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The stay was pleasant and I would say the following: Pros -restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian. -beach is nice and good general facilities - hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello Cons -unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Fantastic hotel. Giuseppe the manager was so helpful and professional as were all the other staff. Children were attended to so well in the kids club. Fully recommend for families with kids. Evening entertainment and food were superb

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. The shows & evening entertainment are great. All of the staff are extremely friendly. It is perfect for families, there is so much for children to do.

Friendly staff, the facilities are of excellent quality and carefully groomed. Very pleasent, only problem is the extremely loud entertainment on the beach... Impossible to have a conversation of any nature, we had 2 avoid the beach in the morning

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. Dinner was a choice of two starters and two main courses with a salad bar available and followed by dessert. Absolutely no complaints...

This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)

Hotel was located next to a sandy beach along the Adriatic Sea. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and it had a beautiful view of the water. Delightful small luxury hotel. Perfectly located directly on the sea shore. Wonderful friendly service, delicious dining options and overall just a great stay. The local public transport is infrequent, so a car is handy to explore the region. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Spectacular family-owned hotel. The facilities are great, food is incredible but, most importantly, the hotel houses the kindest staff I have ever encountered when travelling. Everyone who worked at the hotel was always kind and willing to help. The recepcionists left us with a phone number we could contact throughout the day in case we had trouble parking, provided us with towels if needed for days...

We have just spent a wonderful week at the luxurious and beautifully appointed and furnished Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel. It is wonderfully situated directly facing the sea. The staff are so welcoming, helpful, friendly, warm and efficient. The restaurants serve delicious local cuisine. We cannot recommend this exceptional hotel highly enough and cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely stay. This is such a comfortable resort with many cozy spots for lounging, grabbing a drink or chatting with friends. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety. The service and friendliness of the staff is among the very best. They go out of their way to help with you with every detail and make wonderful recommendations as to places to explore and restaurants to try.

Convenient, quiet and peaceful location. Very nice location, new, clean, tidy and spacious. Rooms always clean. Very large outdoor spaces. Elisa is always ready to fulfill every wish or need. We had a great time!!
