Room was clean, but stuff is average at best

The hotel is located in the nice areas, right on the main road, but the room was so quiet. The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed with the sandwich toaster that makes the better taste of a warm breakfast. All the staffs are super friendly.

We spent a simply wonderful week. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with our every need. The location is excellent for exploring the city. Incredible hotel with sea front location, wonderful roof top bar with views and great swimming pool. The staff were amazing, and when I arrived I was greeted at reception with such a warm welcome from a lovely receptionist/front of house lady called Alicia. Efficient and overall good hotel. Four stars seems too much to me, but it's still not bad: quite large rooms with a nice view, good quality of sleep: service not like a big hotel but pleasant; sufficient breakfast. Adequate price

It's a 3 tending to 3.5. Overall not bad. Comfortable rooms especially the bed. Location not bad. He loses a lot for breakfast. Bread that has been left for several days is best avoided. However acceptable. Fixtures are not good, you can hear noises from the street.

As a start to the holiday we went well. They told us that Calabria would appear... unassuming. But as a first approach, it was really positive. Nice room, clean, quality food service. rich breakfast. It's a shame to have had a tight schedule of archaeovisits...

Noteworthy hotel. Just outside the traffic of Crotone's seafront but close to the beaches and therefore on the sea. Cozy and clean rooms. Breakfast good but can be improved. Very helpful and kind staff. Overall, positive rating.

The location of the property was ideal for proximity to shops and eateries. Very walkable. It’s was very hot when we were there so the air conditioning in the room was very welcoming when returning from the day out.

A welcoming, well-furnished, and clean place in the heart of Crotone. All rooms have private bathrooms and every comfort. The owner is kind and helpful, and the impeccable management is entrusted to a very refined and professional lady who pays attention to every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This B&B is located in the center of Crotone and is ideal for business purposes, although the beach isn't far away. The rooms are in excellent condition, the bathrooms are still new, and the facilities are clean. Ultimately, this is what you expect from these types of accommodations. I highly recommend it.

A charming B&B! Located in a central, easily accessible area, this new, very welcoming property has been meticulously maintained. The rooms are comfortably sized and tastefully furnished, with high-end hotel-style bathrooms and everything you need for personal care. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Poor ventilation The room was uncomfortably hot, the air conditioning kept turning off. Although there were doors onto an enclosed courtyard , one could not leave them open as they looked directly into the opposite bedroom, where one could easily see the bed, etc.

I wish i could give this place 15 out of 10! Extremely clean, spacious room and equiped better than my expectations. Great espresso coffee, thoughtful details everywhere and in room breakfast that was plentiful..it was a wonderful stay for me. I would definitely come again! Highly recommended!

The room was very nice with a great view over the coast. It was very clean and the many nice little details made it lovely. The host was very kind and brought us fresh cake every day. The location was also good, around 25 minutes into the city along the coast. All in all, it was a great stay and we totally recommend this B&B.

Nice room, dreadful building and area Although the room was good and the bathroom renovated, the B&B is in the most awful street and in a derelict old building. Therefor I downgraded the review. I nearly turned around to go back to the station when I saw the building. It is also very hard to find, no notice on which floor it is located.
