Stay away if you care about your health. This place is a disgrace. Dilapidated is an understatement. The rooms are dirty, the cleaning ladies don't really know what "cleaning" means. The whole structure is a mess. The receptionists were rude. They don't even provide a tax receipt.

How can I tell you about my experience at the hotel, as if you were living the life of a goat in all aspects, without any services, I mean, non-existent?

Very bad hotel, I advise you not to come, ants are spread everywhere, bad reception, bad services The hotel does not deserve even half a star.

The only good thing about this hotel is that room was clean.
First of all, be bought a full inclusive package and we didn’t even get the bottle of water to our room. Administrator told us that it’s possible to use water dispenser but it’s not really an option for example at night. The food is eatable at best, for example breakfast finishes at 10am when at 9am there is no omlet left, only buns. Only few options to choose. At lunch or dinner time it’s not aloud to sit wherever you want, the place is decided by personel and they are pretty angry when you don’t want to sit with unknown people at the same table. The same situation is with beach sunbeds. Only few people speak in English. Would not recommend and won’t come back here ever again.

The only good side about this place - the room. Big, air-conditioned room, with huge bed. But that’s the only good part of this hotel. Most of the staff doesn’t even understand a word in english, which is low even for todays tourism standarts, because it’s Italy, one of the most visited countries in Europe. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to see or explore. The closest town is an hour walk from the hotel. Hour walk..? Yeah, because there’s no public transport to take you places. Taxi is VERY expensive. This hotel have some non-sense rules such as:
• you can only swim in pool of you have a special cap for swimmimg, which is bought at the bar;
• while eating you cannot sit where ever you want, because otherwise staff will shout at you and make you sit with strangers;
• same goes with the beach, you cannot take whichever sunbed you want;
• with Soft All Inclusive package you cannot get a bottle of water, so if you want to dring water at the middle of the night, you need to go to liquids dispenser at the beach bar or the closed bar 🤙;
• wifi in your room is payable;
• if you want to get a cocktail, go to beach bar, which takes only cash and pre-paid hotel credit cards;

Wouldn’t recomend this place for anyone. Better spend your money on 2-3 nights stay at a better hotel.
