the owner keep in contact with us when our arrival..he met us at the entrance .awesome location easy to walk to restaurants and there was a supermarket .. the place was clean amd room stayed cool all night .. i would recommend this place to my friends and family ❣️

Good aspects: 1 Great location as it's very close to the Pompei ruins 2. Good price. Bad aspects: 1. Lack of staff--we only saw the manager twice. We just spent 2 days in Pompeii that we will remember for a long time. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. The breakfast was good but the conversation with the staff was the real highlight as we pantenimed and pieced together phrases in each others languages. It was a blast! Great location close to ruins. We had nice view to Vesuvio from our balconi and the AC was great as well. Salvadore was helpful host, he explained us everything we need.

This is a small family run hotel just a few minutes walk to the ruins of Pompeii. The staff is wonderful and really try hard to make you comfortable and welcome. If you get a chance have dinner there. They have a great chef come in and prepare an evening meal that is so good. I've stayed there twice and will again on my next trip.

Couldn’t even house us after we booked through Expedia and paid. However, they sent us to Hotel Elena which ended up being quite nice.
