Comfortable, secure room and site. Everything on hand. Excellent location. Short walk to supermarket- across the road, gentle walk to ruins and train station. Communication excellent. Messages responded to immediately.

I was not aware this was a self service breakfast place when I booked it as it does not mention this on the website. The variety of breakfast food available was very minimal. I stayed for three nights and had no hot water so had to have cold showers and the hot water only started working on the last morning of my stay. The key to the font gate did not work. There was mould in the bathroom. The overall price was quite expensive for the service available.

The building is located in a decent area, te room itself was nice, the bathroom on the other hand wasn’t cleaned properly and had lots of mold. Breakfast don’t even bother. I guess you get what you pay for $60 bucks a night.

Very efficient check in and a great location. Easy to find and lots of amenities nearby. Very clean and neat rooms. A short walk for the ruins too.

Great location but creepy host.
The space was convenient and comfortable. Good location to be able to walk to the Pompeii ruins. The problem was that the host was really inappropriate on texts and sent a weird selfie while I was coordinating getting there and it made us feel really uncomfortable as two women traveling alone. Every time we texted him he would send a heart emoji for no real reason. I understand that men are flirtatious and it can be charming but this bordered on creepy.

when our arrival..he met us at the entrance .awesome location easy to walk to restaurants and there was a supermarket ..
the place was clean amd room stayed cool all night ..

During our visit to Pompei, we decided to give this B&B a try.
The bad: The room had visible mold growth, mainly in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit. I am quite allergic, so the moment I entered the room, I had already started to feel congested. Inspecting the usual areas, we found mold. The room is also quite dusty. Walking around, we could see the dust collecting on our feet. The pillow on the bed is very thin and hard to sleep on. The spare pillows in the closet were also stained. It is in a residential building and quite noisy at night.
The good: It is secured by gates and doors, which is good. It is also quite close to a grocery store and only about a 15-minute walk to the Pompei ruins. Service was good.
Overall, I don't see us staying here again, at least until they clean up the mold issue and have better housekeeping.

Good aspects:
1 Great location as it's very close to the Pompei ruins
2. Good price.
Bad aspects:
1. Lack of staff--we only saw the manager twice. We saw him when we got there & were given 4 keys for the ability to get in & out of the building. We heard him checking in another tourist & begged for more toilet paper.
2. Breakfast consisted of expired milk for stale cereal & coffee cake that was left in a lack luster dirty kitchen. Not acceptable.
3. Bed and pullows were hard & not confortable.
4. Very noisy. We were not able to sleep as there was lots of loud street noise & from noise the floor above us.
5. Television did not work well.

Good location and a lovely room - very clean and a comfortable bed. Could do with some basic repairs, for example the toilet dripped constantly and the toilet seat was not stable. Breakfast is just prepackaged sweet cakes, not really a breakfast. Should say on Trip.com that you have to let the owner know when you will arrive to gain access. However as a room close to the Pompeii Ruins and the train station, it was fine.
