I am impressed by the magic of the place (room and house) and the owner of the villa. Despite arriving at the property at night (due to a flight delay), we had no problem finding the keys, opening the door and getting into the room. The, very comfortable room, bathroom and the whole house are located in an elegant, quiet, residential area, from which you can take a bus (3 minutes to the bus stop) to the historic center or go on foot. The owner of the villa is beautiful and very helpful. Even though our booking didn't include breakfast, she gave me vouchers for breakfast at a friend's cafe. I was delighted with the stay and regretted that there were no free rooms to extend the reservation for a few days. An additional attraction (if you like these animals) are three beautiful cats. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay in Bologna. Me and my family fell in love with Stella del Mar from the first moment and we will come back for sure.

The room was nice, spacious, well cleaned. The bathroom was new and clean.
The scent of natural waxes is wonderful.

Unfortunately the site is not up to date, I advise the owner to replace the irrelevant photos to avoid misunderstandings. The room I actually viewed is small for three people and has no kitchenette. The bathroom is small. The only positive thing is the parking inside the enclosure, but it has limited spaces (a station wagon remains within the range of action of the swing gate).
