Hotel Murex

Very close to the beach, the staff is very friendly but it's not easy to communicate with them in English ;) Unfortunately this year (2019) the food was not as good as the year before. Last year there was a lot of fish dishes, caprese, salmon ceviche, excellent tiramisu, sea food pasta and other brilliant Italian dishes. This year the food was... I would say, rather of a low budget (and the prices per night are highier than last year). Last year we had our own table in the dining area for the whole stay, but this year a few times there was no place reserved for us in the lunch and dinner time (despite we came early) and we had to seat at a random table reserved for some other room and eat quickly before the guests from that other room come to the dining area. But the good thing is that the drinks were free and unlimited this year. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean. Beautiful view at the sea.

We stayed at Hotel Murex for the first time and we were very satisfied. We have two rooms. The first room was for the pairs( it means you have the doublebed,bathroom and balcony), we had also the beautiful view from our window on the sea. We see sunset every day.
The second room was on the other side of hotel ( there were two rooms _ the first with kitchen and two beds, balcony- the second room with two beds, balcony - and one bathroom)
The view from the other room was also beautiful- you see the sea and marine.
In the hotel room you have the basic equipment such as hair dryer, towels( change every day), air-conditioning in our room.
Cleaning was every day.
We had only breakfast. I think that the offer was good for every one. Croassaints baggets, butter, marmelade, honey, yougurts, fruit, cheese, ham, eggs, toasts.
We had also gluten free breakfast. The little problem is that there was not gluten free bread but only some rice bread and biscuit, ( but we were in a lot of places and gluten free bread in hotels are rare goods especially in lover range ones. So I brought one from home. But in Italy there ain't problem find one in groceries )
Of course the staff very nice. Some of them do not speak English but now I know that is not problem in Italy because you will understand each other and you get what you need.( One day we had no towels in our room and we found out in the evening after all day trip. In the reception there was very nice staff ( speak o my Italian) and help us with that and we get towels at 22: 00 without problems.
