I spent a lovely weekend at the seaside with my friends. We had a great time. Gabicce and the surrounding area were beautiful. As for the hotel... everything was beautiful and very pleasant.

We had a pretty good time, although the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and sleeping was a bit difficult due to the noise in the hotel starting at 7:00 AM. I spent a wonderful weekend in this very clean and welcoming hotel. They have a nice spa and offer services like couples massage. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is really very comfortable! A very good hotel. Close to the beach and in the middle of the shopping mile. The hotel staff were all very accommodating. The room towels and both the bath towels were all very pure and clean. Almost everything was available for breakfast. Leaves nothing to be desired. The only drawback is the toilet seats are quite small. Unfortunately a challenge for stronger and larger people.

Exterior & lobby are updated and modern, reflecting the 4 star rating. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower). Parking was closeby but a bit inconvenient as you had to ring a bell and wait for them to open the gate for both entry and exit.

Calm location suited for families with small children, very clearn, good pool, very clean and warm. The aquarium is opposite the hotel, the beach is near and not so crowded. The girl at the reception Martyna spoke English, helped to find out the best routes to local attractions.

Stayed at this hotel in 1968/9 ( can't remember exactly). There's been an addition of the escape " tower" on the side of the building. I seem to recall that the Hotel President was just across the road but looks like it was pulled down and they relocated. I've got a picture of me as an 8 year old, in a kids dinghy, paddling in the pool! Must ho back one day!

Having just returned from a fourteen night stay at The Luxor Beach I am so pleased that it is still as excellent as it always has been. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Massimo who gave us a very warm welcome and was obviously pleased to see us again. The Kursaal really lived up to its historical name as a grand hotel. Loved that it was located right on the beach and the town of Catolica. The Racket Bar attached to the hotel was a great place to pick up a light snack or lunch .The room had all the amenities, and the staff at Reception were very helpful. The four-star hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach, and 1.5 to 2 km from the center. The breakfast is simply perfect; I think everyone will be happy there. Prices are very reasonable, except in June, July, and August. For a seaview room, you'll pay an extra 5 euros, but it's worth it.

Convenient to get to, beautiful 4-star hotel, excellent price, certainly in high season they won't make these prices, however good breakfast and clean rooms.
