Lovely hotel, food was "Italian Style". Only thing that let's it down is the quality of the furniture in the room, all very basic white contiboard.

Calm location suited for families with small children, very clearn, good pool, very clean and warm. The aquarium is opposite the hotel, the beach is near and not so crowded. The girl at the reception Martyna spoke English, helped to find out the best routes to local attractions.

Stayed at this hotel in 1968/9 ( can't remember exactly). There's been an addition of the escape " tower" on the side of the building. I seem to recall that the Hotel President was just across the road but looks like it was pulled down and they relocated. I've got a picture of me as an 8 year old, in a kids dinghy, paddling in the pool! Must ho back one day!

The four-star hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach, and 1.5 to 2 km from the center. The breakfast is simply perfect; I think everyone will be happy there. Prices are very reasonable, except in June, July, and August. For a seaview room, you'll pay an extra 5 euros, but it's worth it.

Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip.

The Kursaal really lived up to its historical name as a grand hotel. Loved that it was located right on the beach and the town of Catolica. The Racket Bar attached to the hotel was a great place to pick up a light snack or lunch .The room had all the amenities, and the staff at Reception were very helpful.
