Reviews
And unfortunately, I can't give more than 3 stars. I say "unfortunately" because it could easily get 5... Starting with the positives, the convenient location near the sea and a partnership with a fabulous, well-equipped beach, and both adults and children were super engaged with the activities and entertainment.
The hotel food was good and plentiful, and especially the children's buffet was varied, tasty, and simple enough to please our little ones.
The dining room staff was good, but fortunately we found one of the two shining stars of this hotel: Lucia: friendly, fast, always available, kind, nice, easy-going, and super great with our little ones.
Then we have to give a huge thank you to the super Emma at the mini club for our kids. She was invaluable, super kind, affectionate, and truly excellent. The heated pool was top notch for those uninspiring days, a godsend. The rooms overall were very clean and tidy.
Now let's move on to the sore point: the reception staff were unfriendly, almost haughty, not very friendly, and a bit forced. It felt like we were begging for help with little tips about parking, the beach, etc. For me, hospitality is fundamental, but unfortunately it wasn't there. I'm sorry because this behavior greatly undermines the quality of the facility.
She pampered us and served us impeccably and attentively, like no one else can anymore!
Finding people like that makes you grow fond of the place you stay... it's not the facility that makes the difference, but the people, and SHE is the only one who deserves my 5 stars!
Congratulations, dear professional, and happy retirement!
Top-notch cleaning, excellent cleaning lady.
Professional staff.
Good food, very helpful waiters.
The indoor pool is great in case of rain.
Everyone was very helpful, including the owner.
I would absolutely recommend the stay.
The absolute highlight is the location: the hotel is just steps from the sea, right next to the Bagni Altamarea, easily accessible on foot. It's also close to the Cattolica Aquarium and just a few meters from Via Dante, perfect for evening strolls among shops, bars, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The property is modern, well-maintained, and superbly equipped, with a pool area that deserves special mention: there's a large, heated, and indoor pool with a whirlpool, connected to a second outdoor pool. This is perfect even in bad weather, thanks to a retractable awning that protects against rain or cold winds. A detail that really makes all the difference.
As for the food, I found everything excellent. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as extensive, varied, and well-stocked buffets, and every day you can choose between three first courses and three second courses, so you'll always have something to suit your tastes. Meals also include water dispensers, free refills of white and red wine, a convenient and well-organized service.
The rooms have always been clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful, both in the dining room and at reception.
Overall, it's a property that combines a strategic location, excellent services, and good food, perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation with all the comforts. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd happily return to!
