A Fabulous experience. They specialize in seafood but have other options on the menu. The wine list is the best local selections from all of Italy. Marco was an excellent, knowledgeable and welcoming Captain. Massimiliano, a wonderful and extensive knowledge of the wines. All wait persons were attentive and friendly. Had the Tuna tartar accompanied with an Orange white wine from Abbazia San Giorgio...

A beautifully curated property with stylish, spacious rooms and a warm, attentive team. The pool is excellent, the gym is decent, and both the steam room and sauna are a great addition. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a generous selection and great quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that I’d happily recommend.

We spent a very nice time with friends in this hotel room are confortable and the hotel is elegant and tasteful. Overall staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed during breakfast and not very very smily.. also we wanted to enjoy some drink by the pool but the bar only open at 18h not a big deal but would have been appreciated to have cocktail during the day by the pool.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel part of the Condé Nast reviewed stays, it offers a beauty centre, a spa and a golf course on top of a renowned gourmet restaurant and a lovely breakfast facing their garden.

Second time staying here for business. Ideal location in the heart of Faenza with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are wildly different from each other, my colleagues got fairly basic small rooms but I got a nice large suite with a window out to the city. Room was clean and quiet. We had to book Hotel Vittoria really last minute since our original host cancelled on us. Within 10 minutes of booking, we were at the Hotel and on our way up to the room! Kind staff, super cute decor and great location:)

Room could do with being modernised

This is a very pleasant place to stay if you like old hotels as much as we do. We booked a standard room through a booking service. The room itself was quite plain but very clean and certainly adequate for our one night stay. If I were staying longer I,d probably opt for an upgraded room. That said, the bed was unusually comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water. Breakfast was plentiful...

Spent a few days here after attending a wedding nearby. What a place 😀 when you enter the building it is very impressive. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Our room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Noisy location a Specially at night Very uncomfortable beds, very hard

The breakfast is very good and rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would recommend the use of satnav to find this hotel and we dont find it easy!

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.

Hotel in a great location for business travelers, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the tranquility of the place, away from traffic. Furthermore, next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant, delicious pizzas !!

Good place to stay for a night

I have stayed here several times over the last 15 years. The people who run it are great, the customer service is great and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately I see the same furniture now that was there several years ago. It has taken a beating. A number of the floor boards had paint peeling. I know they want to keep it rustic, however they seriously need to upgrade the rooms

The rooms are perfectly adequate for basic, budget accommodation. The complimentary extras (kettle, tea, coffee) was rather strange as it offered only sugar, two cups (no spoons) and a kettle which had to stand on the floor to reach a power socket, but it was functional. On arrival there was mass-confusion about the Air-con, as the system was not yet serviced or ready for use. Our room didn't have...

My son had his wedding venue their in 2017 . Large outside area with pool a good indoor restaurant… Very pricey for the quantity of food .. Didn’t think much to the owner .Not very friendly as expected. It’s a agriturismo so it should be all their own products … But wasn’t.

I am very satisfied with service and accommodation. Staff ware very pleasant. Food for breakfast is good.

Difficult to criticise anything about this hotel, unless you're looking for a beautiful location. It's clean, quiet and has exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast is not bad at all. A perfect transit hotel.

The staff at this facility are exceptional! They pay attention to all details and make themselves available to help out in any way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing for the affordable price they charge.

Good stay near the higway, lot of free parking. Rooms ok, breakfast quite basic, but ok.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good system of bufet, you can buy everything you need directly form the reception. Litle bit noisy rooms, you can hear noise from the other rooms. Ideal fort short business trip.

So the hotel is actually great. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast is really small and pretty much has nothing, the food on the other hand is really tasty. I actually cannot give it a smaller review because I know in Italy breakfast is normally in a small portion, but still no variety. Everything else is okay and the parking is big. I Recommend.
