Second time staying here for business. Ideal location in the heart of Faenza with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are wildly different from each other, my colleagues got fairly basic small rooms but I got a nice large suite with a window out to the city. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Bed is harder as a rock, pillows are very thin, my shower head holder was broken meaning I had to hold it during a shower. There is no fitness center.

We had to book Hotel Vittoria really last minute since our original host cancelled on us. Within 10 minutes of booking, we were at the Hotel and on our way up to the room! Kind staff, super cute decor and great location:)

This is a very pleasant place to stay if you like old hotels as much as we do. We booked a standard room through a booking service. The room itself was quite plain but very clean and certainly adequate for our one night stay. If I were staying longer I,d probably opt for an upgraded room. That said, the bed was unusually comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and the made to order espresso and cappuccino were hot and very good. The single waitress was amazingly efficient, courteous, and helpful. The front desk receptionists spoke good English and were very pleasant.

This is an historic building close to the centre, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The disappointment was the breakfast which had a poor selection, and the hot water (for tea) was lukewarm warm , the freshly made cappuccino was not drinkable and the scrambled egg was inedible. The lady serving at breakfast appeared uninterested and the service was almost non existent. I would avoid returning on the basis that the breakfast was so poor.

Spent a few days here after attending a wedding nearby. What a place 😀 when you enter the building it is very impressive. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Our room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was continental and there was a great choice, The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Faenza and about a 10 min walk to the train station, the train service is excellent so use this fabulous hotel as a base and you'll not go wrong.
