Service was good and it is very clean

Room was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Yet what really surprised me is that a 4 star hotel doesn’t even have courtesy water in the rooms, it is sold .

A relaxing stop many times over, we enjoy the bar and especially the restaurant, looked after by a friendly and professional staff. Thank you very much for the last few years.

We have stayed here quite few times now to find it a convenient location, easy to get to, good parking facilities at the hotel and modern big rooms. Overall, it is a friendly, clean, and well-equipped hotel, perfect for a business trip to Italy.

For me everything was alright. Maybe room were not up to date, but it was still okey. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel to stay . Only one drawback is it doesn't have a restaurant for dinner.. you have to walk to another hotel for dinner..

This hotel is in the historic centre, a few steps from Piazza Saffi. Our room was a good size and the en suite also spacious and bright. The en suite had its own window which is not so common these days. All was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Great posotion, friendly staff. But too expensive for the service provided. It does not have the features of a four stars hotel.

Located right in the center of Forlì, in a limited traffic zone, it is actually a good 3-star hotel without breakfast service.

In the historic center, decently renovated, but essentially a 3-star hotel with no bar or breakfast service. If you consider it a 3-star hotel, it's fine.

If I'm ever in Forli, I will definitely stay here. A good place to visit the city. Near the train station (15 minutes walk), from which you can go on a trip to Bologna or Rimini, for example. Very nice and helpful staff! Room clean and sufficient.

I stayed at this hotel in several occasions and the conditions are good, rooms are nice, breakfast with plenty to choose from but the biggest plus is the staff which is very nice and willing to help with every request that I had. Also the hotel is located very close to Villa Igea where you can get very fast by walking.

Reception staff was helpful, room was big and well done. Breakfast was very nice and they serve you handmade cappuccino not from the readymade machine. Location is central and easy to get from the airport to hotel by bus and the bus stop is few meters away

A week in Forli with all you need. Everything was good from ease of check in - to locating the room - and dining in the restaurant - good selection on the menu and everything was delicious.

Overall verdict was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.

Large rooms with large private bathroom, strategic location 2 steps from Piazza Saffi and the ring road, still located in a quiet area with little traffic compared to the parallel streets. Great experience, I recommend it.

A good compromise between price and service. Hospitality, kindness and courtesy are at home, a good cleaning of the rooms. The parking in the structure simplifies everything. I advise!

A great little jam in the town. Perfect for a quick stay. Our family and relatives spent a night for a special occasion and passatore ticked all our needs. Rooms are very well cleaned and warm. Also a rich breakfast is served by the host in the morning with home made ciambellone and caffe. We really enjoy our stay and great conversation with the host. See you definitely again

Great staff, amazing Italian breakfast with coffee for a small price of 2,5 euros, very clean, with a good wifi. Peaceful area, but very close to city center. 20 minute walk to train station, which we were using every day. Many bars and restaurants around the hotel.

Easy, clean, pleasant and less than 15 minute walk from main station. Nothing more to ask for. Recommend for a quick stop!

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, close to the centre and not too far from the main square. Very clean and with good covid safety measures. But the best thing for me was the bed. Having been away from home for several weeks, I had the best night's sleep in over a month, so much so that I considered stopping in Forlì for two more nights just so I could sleep there again!

It's a nice and cool place to stay

Good and friendly staff. Good for parking and quiet area. Beds need new mattresses, lighting is bad and breakfast .....you better stay away from it.

The hotel is pretty new. The room we booked was a little small with a queen bed. We asked for something bigger so they gave us a 2 bed room. It was big enough but the smell of smoke was really annoying even if it was a not smoking room. Breakfast is really basic.

Very good experience. Large clean rooms. It has a laundry, kitchen and a large garden. Flexibility to enter and exit without problem at any time. And very well located. But the best of all has been the treatment without a doubt. They have treated me very kindly. If I have to come back, I will definitely book here.

Filippo's kindness and courtesy were immediately warned, the girl who took care of the cleaning of our room was impeccable and always available. The family room was large, spotless, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable shower as well as the beds. We had breakfast in the shared kitchen taking products...

The owner is very helpful. Although the bathroom was shared it was always very clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a hot meal. In the area there are many free parking spaces.

Phillipe is very helpful, speaks English. Rooms super clean. Easy walking distance to Forli cafes and bars. Basic beds in a set of secure units.
