I spent a few weeks at Gardenia and I consider it a very good choice. The place is very clean and very sensibly furnished. Plus the host is super friendly. There is a kitchen on every floor (for four rooms, with free coffee and with storage space for every room). The rooms are large (important if you're staying more than two nights). You can use a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Not far from the train/bus station, fairly close to grocery stores, within walking distance from the university. I had a desk and a good reading lamp. In every respect, my experience at the Gardenia was better than I had expected.

Lovely guesthouse with full kitchen provided for use, rooms spacious, laundry machines and common area for use, doors need some soundproofing but otherwise is a perfect stay place.

Very good experience. Large clean rooms. It has a laundry, kitchen and a large garden. Flexibility to enter and exit without problem at any time. And very well located.
But the best of all has been the treatment without a doubt. They have treated me very kindly. If I have to come back, I will definitely book here.

We stayed in the period of August to go to Mirabilandia me, my husband and our two children. Filippo's kindness and courtesy were immediately warned, the girl who took care of the cleaning of our room was impeccable and always available. The family room was large, spotless, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable shower as well as the beds. We had breakfast in the shared kitchen taking products from the dispenser including milk, which we could comfortably heat in the microwave. In short, everything was perfect and for sure we will be back! Thank you!

The owner is very helpful. Although the bathroom was shared it was always very clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a hot meal. In the area there are many free parking spaces.

Phillipe is very helpful, speaks English. Rooms super clean. Easy walking distance to Forli cafes and bars. Basic beds in a set of secure units.
