The hotel is like in a movie, a historical building, beautiful design, everything has a high-class feeling. The room was small but comfortable. Convenient bathroom. There is parking, easy to get to. Good breakfast. Spa with good filling pool, jacuzzi, different showers, hamam, sauna. . The outdoor pool is very small.

Everything was perfect. If I really had to make a point, I would recommend fixing the shower mixer, which in at least two rooms was not very functional. For the rest, nothing to say. Beautiful and complete spa.

Good morning, I had to stay at the S.Carlo hotel for a long time, me and my cat and I can say that Fabio, who is the owner, has always been kind to me. My room was really nice, we didn't miss anything. Overall, I recommend it and the price was fair. I would go back.

Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fresh fruit, cheese, ham, fruit juice and of course excellent Italian café. I can definitely recommend Hotel San Carlo. And I will definitely be back again.

Nestled in the hills outside of Fidenza is this lovely agriturismo hotel. Has a restaurant and a pool, so little reason to leave :). Really large property and good for exploring. We only stayed one night 30th April. We were late arriving because of car problems but were greeted with a room upgrade to a suite. Absolutely fantastic, just wished we could have stayed longer. Did have time to wander around the estate the next morning and would love to go back. The Hotel Manager and receptionist we had dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. Not the best experience. Breakfast could be better. The rooms are big, but many number of flies and mosquitoes in the area made it hard to sleep. There was also a lot of noise from the nearby highway.

The hotel in typicly Italian style is a litllebit dated but very neath and clean. The friendly staff goes through lengts to accomodate your every need. This is an elegant older property. Overall it was nice stay and the folks there were very friendly and tried to be helpful. It's a bit outside of town but not too far. The parking was to be 15 Euros per day however I was charged $48 for two days for some reason. The television went out after a power blip around 8 PM on the second evening and never came back on. Excellent location. Close to the train without any noise. Clean, polite and helpful staff. Shout out to the bar for friendly, sociable service. Balconies are a bit basic with a concrete bench. Great balcony privacy but could use a spruce up. Green treats vouchers like a soda from the bar if you forgo cleaning your room by putting a note on your door.

I'm not sure the hotel is worth of 4 stars, feels more like a 3 star hotel, as the inside is relatively dated and the room itself was just OK. However we had a decent stay. Dogs allowed. Breakfast included and was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Garage parking about 5 minutes by feet away. Has heating and air con.

Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the guys at breakfast, very jovial and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we slept well. Would definitely return if in the area

I was staying a night on the hotel. On receptionist desk there was a painting. When i look out, the painting was an arabic caligraphy which reads laa ilaha ilallah. Good to see it.

Location is near a main access road to Parma, but it is quite a long walk into the city. There's a bus stop really close, but it stops running at 10pm, so we drove closer to the city. Room is on the smaller size. But included a mini fridge. Also, you need to insert key quickly, or the lights will turn off. For some reason, temperature in the room would not go up, so since bathroom window did not close...

The bald guy from the reception I did’t like the way he spoke to us. The breakfast was good but the same everyday we stayed a week, I ordered French omelet and that what I got. The Housekeeping team was amazing and friendly.

I stay here regularly for work and the location to city center, numerous restaurants, and the galleria is fantastic, as well as it’s right across from the supermarket. The hotel restaurant is delicious as well.Breakfast is adequate - very standard options for Italian hotels and they will make your coffee request on demand. The staff makes this place - the bartenders and front desk staff and maintenance...

Just outside of the old town. So it was easy to get around by foot. Felt like a business hotel. No real character. The breakfast was the worst we had in our two week Italy trip. Staff were efficient but cold.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are fine, really nothing to complain about. You have everything you need. It was a pleasant stay. Also the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, try the linguine funghi!

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks, as a student, and I can say how there were very friendly staff at the reception, to the excellent service provided to me for breakfast, to the clean well designed rooms; it was a great stay and value for money. Good hotel with a parking garage for my motorbike. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The area is not so really good, but i surely will come back.

Hotel is okay, staff is friendly and nice. But we experienced terrible noise caused by other guests during the night. We slept not really well... sorry, was partly just too loud and noisy.

4 stars for in this category - simple business hotel. The rooms are clean and the interior is not worn out to much. Since we stranded by accident here it's absolutely ok. Friendly people good service and a nice breakfast.

Decent hotel. Receptionists were courteous. Room service was good. Rooms were a bit small though. Beds placed just beside the wall. Washrooms were decent and clean. Hotel is situated in the center of Piacenza with shopping areas at walking distance. Overall, value for money.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and located in a quiet environment. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for bringing me to the station when there were no taxis around in time for my train.

Well located, convient parking, modern structure, rooms not very big but has everything necessary, very clean, quiet as well as cordial and pleasant personnel. No restaurant in the hotel but many close by, even a pizzeria at the foot of the hotel.

The Front Desk and Restaurant staff was extra welcoming and kind. The rooms very comfortable as well as the beds! We had extra last minute requests and the staff was very accommodating. We travelled with our large dog and this was also not a problem.

A three-star hotel that needs some improvement, especially the flooring and bathrooms. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and available. Breakfast is reasonable although the food needs to be repositioned more often. The location is central.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night in June. I have to say that I had a great time: the rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished: the accommodation had every comfort, even a minibar. The air conditioning worked well and the rooms were soundproofed. Don't forget that we are close to a major road! The reception staff was helpful and ready to give any kind of information we needed. Just one night in transit from Milan to Rome by bike. Already during the booking the staff had presented themselves as courteous and attentive, then confirmed by the visit. They have a room for storing bikes during the night. Average breakfast. They do not have an internal restaurant but they have agreements with several nearby places.

I booked a store on behalf of someone else and the feedback was pretty good.

Not a pleasure stay as bathroom was not clean. Facilities are old. Although I know it is somehow the best around the area, I'd rather go to the next town for other hotels next time.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service of the front desk staff and restaurant staff is very good.

On the edge of the city center, 15 minutes drive to the city center, the room is spacious and sanitary, and parking is convenient.
