The people who gave this hotel a good rating may be those who haven't been to another five-star hotel. This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever been to.
- In most 5 star hotels, the bellboy drops off luggage when I arrive at the hotel. No one comes out of this hotel.
- There is no explanation of breakfast time or hotel facilities at check-in. The parking lot seems to have 3-4 elevators coming up to the lobby, but they didn't explain which elevator to use
- The preparation of the room is even worse. I was provided with two small slippers for woman, so I ended up asking for one big one for man. There was water left in the kettle in which impurities floating. I don't know how long it was in it.
- I went out at around 2:30 p.m. on the first day and came in at around 5 p.m., but my room makeup wasn't done. I asked for room makeup when I went out again, but when I came back, I found the trash bin was still there, the cup wasn't cleaned, and they only changed towels and made my bed.
- This hotel seems to have serious problems with operation, especially service training. I had 5 breakfasts here, and no one told me where to sit, asked what kind of coffee I drink, and showed smile to customers especially to foreigners.
Would you call a hotel like this a five-star hotel? I think it doesn't deserve even a 4 star rating.

My plans changed due to weather condition in Sharjah Airport and I tried to contact hotel and trip.com support to cancel or postpone my stay but unsuccessful

Great hotel, beautiful spa and functional gym. Great location in the middle of salssamaggiore too.

The hotel is very large but feels outdated and completely lacking in style. The view from our room was of ongoing construction work, which really took away from the experience. Breakfast was below expectations in terms of both variety and quality.
The spa requires advance booking and is limited to only 1.5 hours per day, which was frustrating. Additionally, the hotel is located in a city that we found to be neither interesting nor visually appealing.
Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our recent trip to Italy. It exudes genuine five-star luxury, with a building that embodies rich history and charm. The location is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The facilities surpassed all of our expectations, blending modern amenities with timeless elegance. We felt pampered and enriched by every moment spent there.

My sister was staying at this hotel and I wanted to treat her a bottle of wine. The hotel was very accommodating and swiftly sent an extensive wine list. After I made a choice, they sent the wine up to the room with a beautiful card. Great service!

The hotel is like in a movie, a historical building, beautiful design, everything has a high-class feeling. The room was small but comfortable. Convenient bathroom. There is parking, easy to get to. Good breakfast. Spa with good filling pool, jacuzzi, different showers, hamam, sauna. . The outdoor pool is very small.
