So I want to briefly write a sublime complimentary review for my personal best hotel stay ever.

Arrived and was greeted by Nicolo, well spoken, welcoming and humourous professional wonderful guy who made me feel at ease while checking in.

I was offered any complimentary drinks I wished before leaving reception and after leaving my belongings I accepted his warm invitation and company.
The attention to detail in the hotel room was noticeable, everything was thought through, the ambiance is wonderful, the aroma throughout the hotel with signature branded scents,
Beautiful products, fabulous shower, Egyptian cotton face towels and huge beach body towels , amenity kit, including house slippers combine to make you feel like comfort is the focus. Bedroom changed and cleaned daily.
Silence all night long. It was just fabulous. Firm bed was good for the body! Finally the location is ideal for the train station and bus station/ connection to the airport. 8 mins walk!
My supply of water and soft drinks in the room fridge were complimentary also.
Absolutely fabulous touches difficult to find elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the room was on the first floor with a window overlooking the street, and the windows were not somaticized, you could hear everything, making it impossible to sleep. There was no kettle (in 2025, who doesn't have one?) The room was very gloomy, the bathroom had a window... but no handle... no, I don't recommend this hotel. It was written that there was a bathrobe and toothbrush... they weren't there. Only one shower cap.

A great place to stay, service was wonderful, Great location to transport and restaurants, And coffee shops. The only negative was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably the nicest little hotel we have stayed at in Trieste. Very obliging staff - they let us check in at 11:00 a.m.! Very nice high ceilings, modern decor, small refrigerator in room with complimentary drinks (beer, pop, and water). Nice selection of breakfast options. The manager Nicolo was particularly helpful. Thoroughly recommended. We will stay there again. Try and avoid the rooms facing the street, though - the motorcycles are very noisy! Great location otherwise.

Lukewarm experience. We were located in another building down the street, 100+ meters away from reception. The walls are extremely thin and it sounds like there was a gym on the floor above us, as there was a terrible noise 24/7 coming from above. Terrible value for price.
The room was clean, but extremely dark.

Our room was on the 4th floor, facing the street. Thanks to the triple-paned windows, the room was completely quiet. The air conditioner was also super powerful, cold, and quiet. The room was super spacious, even by "American" standards. Best of all, the hotel is central to everything! The breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!
