Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage. The only major downside is no aircon, and the room was much hotter than outside. We tried opening the windows on the first night and got bitten by mosquitoes, which was worse than being hot. The next day we got a fan, but still...

Overall, it's not bad, but for an NH hotel, there are some issues: we were put in a room for people with disabilities (maybe they don't have any regular rooms left?), there's no drinking water—they told us to drink tap water, there's no coffee machine in the room or at reception, no toothbrushes in the room, and the view from the window is onto the courtyard (photo attached). Perfect position close to the train station and main square

It's easily reached from the central station in 5 minutes, and the hotel is just 8 minutes from the city center, making it quite convenient. The staff at reception are very professional and helpful, as are those in the restaurant. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful building in a very central location. All the reception team that we met was fantastic, especially the FO shift leader and the lady receptionist that was working in the afternoon/night shift. They were able to upgrade us to an historical deluxe room, which was a good surprise :) the complimentary waters were a nice touch as well!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Everything is perfect: the location (close to everything. Central squares, cafes and restaurants), the rooms, the very friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms are huge! It was very nice to see complimentary bottles of water in the room. The staff were very kind and helped us order a taxi to the airport at night. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights while working in town. Super smooth pleasant check in with loads of free parking. I only ate at breakfast which was ok. It’s pretty remote so transport is needed unless you plan to stay at the hotel all day. Really good room and service all round.

Piazza Unità d'Italia is probably the most beautiful square with seaview in the world and this 5star is just there. So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did. Well, scrambled eggs are just an omelette and there's no cruncy bacon but the rest is very good so enjoy Trieste, please

The property is nice and very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem is checking in, it is a huge pain in the neck. They don't allow in person check in and require everything on a cell phone. Even doing it on a computer is not easy.

We had 2 night's here and things just didn't really work out well for us. On arrival we followed the signs to the hotel but we still couldn't access it. There were some road works going on making entry to the marina difficult. In fairness the hotel did email 24 hours before but some screw up with mails to the the agent (expedia/hotels.com) meant I didn't see the warning. It took us 35 minutes driving...

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel is part of a large marina complex which also has apartments for boat owners ... many of the boats perhaps more expensive than the apartments? The hotel is clean, quiet. It's a very stylish hotel. However, I made a big mistake because I didn't expect there to be a bathtub in a 4-star hotel... The small shower booth had no door or step, and it was cold so I didn't use it because I was afraid I would catch a cold. The room was very spacious but had no windows. The good points were the convenient location, the staff, and the breakfast.

This is a good hotel, at 35 min. walk from the train station (up hill). The service is excellent and the breakfast to be recommended. The room was clean, the bed good and the shower good except that the cubicle is small.

Breakfast quite good. Room temperature was the biggest problem: temperature could not be controlled and it was far too hot (28.5° C). Receptionist said they could not change it, but we could open the door to outside to cool off. Fortunately, it was cool outside, and the room temperature did come down with an open door for the outside, but one should not have to do that! Dinner in the Hotels restaurant...

Honestly, we were disappointed. The room was clean but small and the bathroom desperately needs to be updated. The toilet was broken in the first room we were given and the shower was broken in the second room. We parked our car in the garage and the grating over the drain damaged our car. Breakfast was great but overall, not worth the money.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place. It is quite a long walk from the port: 30-40 minutes, and you need to take into account that you will have to walk uphill (it is very difficult with suitcases). But at the same time, the walking path to the hotel from the center / from the port can pass through the main attractions of Trieste (the Fortress, the Roman arch, the Roman theater, the church...
