We were not staying at this hotel but visited our friends and had lunch.We found it to be a quiet hotel with a great aspect to the lake.It also had a great lunchtime menu and fantastic service. We all ate well and enjoyed our time around tranquil Gardens and a super pool.The rooms our friend's had were in the newer annex,they were clean and functional as was the price of 10 days for the price of 7

Two days of relaxation… an oasis of peace and serenity. The terrace overlooking the lake is beautiful and the swimming pool for exclusive use is beautiful. Simple, but comfortable, spacious and clean double room. Friendly staff, the owner a kind woman and always with a smile. Good breakfast ... only little choice of salty. We'll be back!

The location on Piazza Dante Alighieri is convenient to the lake, 2 lake front restaurants, and a pretty walk on a hydrangea lined street up to the walled city section. The hotel has a great location on the shore of Lake Borsena, with beautiful scenery and close to La Cité de la République. The rooms are nice, the service is excellent, and parking is very convenient for those driving.

Value for money Perfect at lake shore. And only 8min walk to old town. Nice outdoor area with good sized pool. But saving money by turn of air conditioning on all rooms must be stopped and leave to each guest themselves to decide. Plus that they turn on the central air conditioning again when I asked for it. Made us able to control after our desire from our room.

Nice hotel right next to the lake. Great pool. The only thing letting it down are the rooms look a little dated and the aircon seems to go off at 6am every morning so we all woke up sweating as the rooms become hot as soon as it turns off. It was August.

Clean with old style Mediterranean look. Gave 3 stars coz it was summer and the Aircon was not functioning well. They knew it and told them but they didn't change us to other rooms. We were 4 in one room so we had to leave the windows open that night and we didn't slept well coz of mosquitoes.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were lovely and attentive especially Ariana and Francesca who helped us a lot and organised taxis for our onward journey. Also noted that the hotel took dogs and also welcomed a party with special educational needs which was very inclusive. Run by a thoughtful kind family.

I had the best time at Le Naiadi Park Hotel! The lake view is just stunning, the rooms are very tidy and cozy, the breakfast is superb, and everyone is extremely nice. The hotel is literally on the beach, so it’s very convenient to go swimming. I think it’s a perfect place for a relaxing trip, I will definitely be coming back 🙌🏻

Fairly peaceful, probably because we visited out of season. The beach is black volcanic grit and stones with quite a lot of debris. Bring chairs or sunbeds for the best experience. There is a small open air bar across the road which we didn't visit. There are a few free parking spaces directly on the road by the beach if you arrive early enough, otherwise there is large pay carpark a little further...

Most rooms have balconies. Right on the lake. Two pools. Stunning views of lake. Good parking. Relaxed atmosphere. We liked it enough for a second visit.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel. The hotel has a stunning view over the Lake Bolsena located on the quiet end of the shoreside road. The room itself was adequate with a lovely big balcony. Only 4 such rooms on the front. Pay the extra for a front room. I felt the mattresses were old and springy but they delivered a very good nights sleep. A quite calm hotel with a view. Friendly staff and super clean room. Some might find the rooms dated but I found them charming. The breakfast was good too with a lot of variety. It is possible to order Cappuccino from the staff there for free.

lovely location on lake front, separated from shore only by a very little used road. set up for Italian disney-style weddings which amuses, huge pool and lots of space. We were in October with 25-28 deg, off season which probably helped

We visited the property as we were on holiday in Bolsena. We have been at The Platini and the sister Hotel The Holiday on many occasions since 2006.The Masi family who own these hotels have updated regularly both rooms and services. The Platini is a typical Italian town centre hotel,giving you maximum access to the town but at a price you can afford.

Staff is very nice, room service is quick and food is good! I went here with my family and we had plenty of space with the wardrobes, beds and tables, although we only had 1 socket. Platani hotel also has their own parking and is 35 mins away from a thermal pool!

This is a very basic hotel. Clean enough. Breakfast was not good enough. Crossaints, chocos, yoghurt and coffee only were available. No gluten free options. Lactose free milk available for coffee. Very close to center.

Zodiaco is a small and very cozy (in a good definition of this word) hotel in the center of Bolsena. It's really close to the Bolsena lake and there are lot of cafes/bars/restaurants around. We spent eight nights in this hotel a stone's throw from the center and Lake Bolsena. Large and very clean rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast. Staff smiling, kind and attentive to guests' needs. Even our dog was filled with caresses and cuddles every day. We will certainly return.

Superb farmhouse near Lake Bolsena. Equipped with all comforts in absolute tranquility. A hundred meters from a small private beach on the lake. External courtyard with table and deck chairs for your own relaxation. Owner very nice and available to give info or help. Great place, nice atmosphere, clean, nice pool nice beach. However, you need a car to get to a supermarket. They sell fresh bread, veggies and fruit if you dont make it to town - but we could not find a walkable restaurant. The home we stayed in did not have AC which made for some pretty hot nights, and with no screens on the doors or windows...otherwise I would give it 5 stars

A reasonable good hotel in a small town, but the drain system in the shower is terrible as you are standing in water taking the shower.

Absolutely incredible—the owners were so nice and I arrived well past the checkout time because I didn't read the email carefully. They were so gracious and made a reservation for me at an incredible restaurant on the water and facilitated it because I don't speak english. Loved the room and the property.

Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware. We are already planning to return.

Oddly themed Beethoven hotel in a great location right next to the water. Staff are all so amazing and helpful. Beds are pretty hard and you have to ask to manually control your own air conditioning.

We stay here often and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are elegantly appointed, and the hotel is in close proximity to the lake. Also, there is a big, beautiful swimming pool.
