Hotels in Ciampino

We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is also fairly close to the train station which worked well for our family for visiting Rome.

A very basic but busy hotel. Lots of tour groups coming through and only 2 very small lifts to carry a lot of people checking in. The room was clean and quiet. The wifi was terrible, everytime I wanted to connect i had to walk out the front of the hotel and it would constantly disconnect. This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center) the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :( this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜

I have been at La Mela.for 2 nights, nice room, clean and spacious. The temperature in the room was a bit high and.couldn't adjust it, but my overall experience was good and I will return also because it is very close to the office

We stayed here after we landed late evening at Rome Ciampino airport. Basic hotel , witgh breakfast and free wifi(some people said about that they charge for a wifi) - 20 min walk from the Metro station Anagina. Or few minutes bus ride from that metro - but bus doesnt go pretty often. Good value if you want a place to sleep and spend all day doing sighseeing in Rome.

Expensive, service not adequate to the money and not able to fulfill simple requests. Rooms need some fixing and painting, although beds are comfortable.

The location is not close to Rome, but it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. Breakfast is nothing special. Rooms are clean.

Great staff, really helpful and friendly. clean rooms, I strongly recommend this location. NOTE: if you do not have a car or rental, you may have issues getting Uber there ontime.

We stayed one night before catching our flight. The location was perfect, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

The most unique about that property is the people that work there. They are very friendly and they work very hard to make you happy. I highly recommend it.

Quite location with safe on site parking. Clean and tidy with friendly staff.

Only complaint is it is impossible to get a taxi or uber to come out for local travel. They are happy to come to take you to Roma or airport, but refuse to show for around town trips.

We came here in an emergency and last minute after we found ourselves a little stranded and after hearing the airport closes at midnight, we checked into this hotel just after 11pm. Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :) Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

This beautiful hotel was surprisingly very nice with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and they even ordered for us to have food delivered, but it is not the nicest areas of Rome.

It was the best accommodation I’ve seen in Rome. The room is really clean and nice, provided amenities such as shampoo, and gave water for free. The staff was so nice as well. He helped me booking taxi, finding stores near by, using a kettle in the room. He explained everything really well, and I really enjoyed staying here. 100% worth of money!! We let her know we were booking a last minute room and we came in 10 mins before she was leaving and she was very sweet to us , she took our luggage up the stairs for us because there is no elevator. Property gave clear and helpful instructions for self check in as we arrived late at night. Rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area nicely maintained. Good location for catching the train in to Rome each day. Overall very good value for money.

Excellent structure, I really liked the completely virtual access mode! Very large room with veranda, everything very clean, comfortable and large bed. The only flaw: the hairdryer didn't work, but it was promptly replaced

It's like a B&B but completely smart, if you have a moment of familiarity with smartphones it's cool! Check-in in complete autonomy with the app, opening doors with the app, parking inside the structure, the room was huge, I was amazed when I entered, there was also an outdoor patio, the services are all within reach of the metro, shopping centers etc. , I recommend it and I will definitely return...

Need to be updated a little more there is no phone or clocks in the room. Breakfast should exist more than just bread and coffee maybe some fruits. Also, there should be a microwave in the room or in the lobby.

Very kind owner, patiently waited for us despite the fact that we had a problem with a transport. Very helpful. The apartment has all you need. Small kitchen with coffee equipment, full fridge and cozy room. Great connection by a train to the centre of Rome.

Manuela is an amazing Host! She picked me up from the airport only at the fuel price and was very flexible about that. An oasis in the middle of the desert. I lost my flight and did not know what to do. I had to take the next one earlier in the morning. Once I arrived everything was prepared. The woman in charge make everything easy, and provide me direct information of how come back to the airport with the schedule of all buses. Everything was clean, and the bed so comfortable. Staff speaks very good english and is very kind. Breakfast was light, but it was enough and was very tasty. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Best place to stay for a night near Ciampino if you want to keep it budget and don't mind the shared bathroom.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I appreciate that she took the time to prepare it the night before so I could leave early. My only problem was the room was hot, but that's just summer in Italy.
