We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with 40 people. They did not change our TOWELS for 3 days. An incredibly bad breakfast. It has an incredibly bad location. We paid 6 euros daily tax on top of that. I think we should think 6 times before coming here.

We came here in an emergency and last minute after we found ourselves a little stranded and after hearing the airport closes at midnight, we checked into this hotel just after 11pm. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast a little limited to a few cornettos, ham & cheese and a few desserts.
The hotel is a 9 minute drive to the airport but if you get the hotel to book you a taxi they will book you the most expensive taxi service at €60, however if you get the FREENOW app it'll be around €28.

The rooms are alright. TV, nice bed, the bathroom is just fine and has some sort of hair dryer. However, the location couldn't be worse. You could just go to the industrial zone of your city and get the same experience. The service is also terrible. The receptionists and the servers at the restaurant speak almost no English, so communication is non existent.

Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :) Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

This beautiful hotel was surprisingly very nice with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and they even ordered for us to have food delivered, but it is not the nicest areas of Rome.

it looks like a hotel, but a very bad hotel. although it boasts of having three stars, I don't know by what standard, realistically it can only have one star. the room is very small. the shower cabin is extremely small, I can't lift my hand, not to mention bend down to wash my toes. the bed is extremely narrow and small. the breakfast is very poor. coffee with breakfast is desperate. the hotel is located in an industrial zone, not far from Ciampino airport, so planes are constantly flying overhead. the hotel is very far from Rome. you need to walk 15 minutes to the bus station, from where you need a 15 minute bus ride to the last stop of aubway that goes to Rome city center. you need at least an hour to drive to the city center of Rome.

Extremely strange hotel. Almost no AC. Plan to sweat if you are desperate enough to go there. And they don't care that you sweat. They act like/or say that it is full. But it is empty. The lobby is always empty. The front desk guys act like they are busy, always looking at the computer, but I have no idea what they are looking at. I agree the breakfast is lacking. But the women are very nice.
