Hotel Roma Tor Vergata in Ciampino

We were here for a day. The rooms were so small. The bathroom door of Room No 114 were we stayed was hanging on its hinges hence would not close fully. The first key card provided was pathetic as the current would switch off and when the card was pulled out and reinserted current would start again but would go off in a few minutes. So had to revisit the reception and get it replaced with a fresh keycard. The next day the breakfast was to start at 6am but the doors to the breakfast area opened post 6.30am delaying the entire process of breakfast and checkout. The breakfast buffet spread too was truly not appetizing with hardly any alternative offered. Plus all the crowd was at one place to eat making it more uncomfortable as there was line to take the servings though specific Tables were allotted to sit and eat. Hotel Industry where people from different Nations visit should have staff knowing basic English language to converse which was not see here as the Lady incharge at the breakfast area could not speak English nor understand anything said in English. Our bus luggage lick was broken open by thiefs and of other buses too lucky for us as we had carried all our luggage to the rooms that night we were saved from getting robbed. The thiefs had so much guys to undertake this task inspite two vans of police being put up in this hotel on that day. Very strange and intriguing

This is not a 4 - Star hotel. It's like oyo rooms in India.. very small room hotel.. we stayed in 603 room. they give connecting rooms which is like privacy disturbance.. very long from city center.. not worth staying. But service of all staff Good.!
