Well, might be the most spacious and modern hotel I have visited so far. Breakfast is good, equipment outstanding, room and bathroom are really spacious, there's even electric sun blind in the room. And there are really tall trees at the parking space to relly block out the sun, what else ca you ask for? Can be lack of some personal touch on this kind of corporate hotels, but I don't mind at all.

Don't get me wrong - at 64 euros per night I did not expect much from this hotel. The reason why we stayed there is because we needed to be closer to FCO airport for an early flight and also because it is 5 mins away from Castel Romano outlets. The room was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The room was indeed a bit small, and the breakfast selection was limited. It's a good option for a stay near the airport, as the room was quite new.

Hotel is a bit run down. Looks like a casino hotel, as the 1st floor has fountains, pinball machine and football machines. Carpet and door lock are a bit dirty and spoiled. Heater in the room were faulty. Have to ask the receptionist to switch off the heater, else it will be super hot.

Came to this hotel after a recommendation from coworkers who had been in the area. The hotel, location, and staff are wonderful. This hotel is in the industrial area close to a lot of factories. The staff is happy and friendly. I will return to this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Basic clean rooms with good beds. Customer cannot turn air-conditioning on or off or change the temperature, it has to be done from reception. Weird. Avera food in restaurant, overcooked pasta, but taste is ok.

The first room we occupied could use a little more care with decor and air flow. The hot water didn’t work the first few evenings but only in the AM.

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

Husk of former glory Hotel has seen better days and its just a downward spiral based on our visit. The area is walking distance from everything you need though, bus, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store.

we have spent one week at Hotel Principe and we have appreciated everything this hotel offers: the warm welcome of the recpetion, always smiling and helpful, the comfort of the room, the nice breakfast. i would only pay a bit more attention at the dinner which we have found a bit too basic and to be improved. 5-star hotel! Booked with Zoomarine. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay last night. A unique mattress, super soft pillows, and a room with attention to every detail. My retirement vacation The hotel doesn't look like the picture in the Ad, but it comfortable and the breakfast was great. My room was very larger compared to other hotel rooms. I wish they had at least one English speaking broad cast channel on the TV in the room.

The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty.

Beautiful structure immersed in nature, large rooms where they leave breakfast with a kettle and some biscuits with jams, we had a great time, we will definitely return, the only flaw was the air conditioning was too noisy

The room is quite old, but well maintained, with a wide view and good air, suitable for self-driving.

The hotel is very pleasant, you feel that an effort has been made to make you comfortable. Transportation is not difficult but it takes a long time. If you have a car, do not look elsewhere.
