B&B Hotel Pomezia Roma in Pomezia

Zero internet and Zero Airconditioner
Suffered 2 nights at this so called 4 star hotel, who doesn't deserve any star status by any means. As an international traveller, we could not sleep at peace a single night with temperature stuck at 26C and not getting cooler, despite asking the reception umpteen times to reduce it, with no control in the room.
Internet did not connect at all whole time, we couldn't plan any travel or tickets or schedule for the next days. On top of it, the TV had only Italian channels and not even a single English channel. With no internet, no TV - Zero entertainment sitting in a hot and humid room. It totally ruined our vacation. Staff took Zero responsibility, just kept saying no IT guy today, restarting the router etc., just brushing off.
No shower non-slip mat available in the hotel or in the shower. It was extremely slippery.
Room was awful, it is a regular king sized bedroom, where they've added a couple of single cots on the way.
On the whole, I would seriously not recommend this place to anyone.
Breakfast was ok - staff there were good.

While the room was comfortable and clean, the dining experience was a major letdown. Dinner and breakfast were both poorly prepared and lacked variety. For the price paid, I expected a much better culinary offering. I would recommend staying here only if you plan to dine elsewhere

The showerhead lets loose easily and was poorly attached to the wall. Ceiling was raw wood like it was from a construction site. Everytime we entered the room it smelled strange. There were stains on the carpet and the room wasn't cleaned well. In the restaurant we ordered a 3 course menu, the spaghetti was good, the meat was tough and the dessert were mandarins... Not tiramisu or something, no the dessert was a mandarin.

Also the staff does not speak English.
