we have spent one week at Hotel Principe and we have appreciated everything this hotel offers: the warm welcome of the recpetion, always smiling and helpful, the comfort of the room, the nice breakfast. i would only pay a bit more attention at the dinner which we have found a bit too basic and to be improved. I would come back anyway

5-star hotel! Booked with Zoomarine. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay last night. A unique mattress, super soft pillows, and a room with attention to every detail. A special breakfast wasn't included in the Zoomarine package, but it was worth it anyway. The staff were excellent. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'll definitely be back soon. We came to this hotel for the promotion with Zoomarine. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the really large and clean room, a nice bathroom with a tub, and the friendly staff. The reception is open 24/7 and very convenient. The only thing that seems excessive to me is that they charged €10 per person for breakfast; I assume this includes children, because I wasn't told that children (4 years old) paid less. Honestly, we went elsewhere for breakfast... the parking was free, so we had no problems. I still recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you.

A typical hotel with 1990s architecture and furnishings, but definitely not shabby or outdated. It offers convenient parking, spacious and comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast selection. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth considering if passing through Pomezia.

Hotel in a good location just a few minutes from the center of Pomezia. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is good.

Never change a winning team! Doble C, Camilla and Chiara are truly fantastic and professional at reception. They are the real plus of the facility! Beautiful, comfortable and convenient facility, excellent restaurant inside and good car parking!

I returned to this hotel for work after several months, once again excellent welcome and service as usual. I had dinner at the internal restaurant, the pasta with seafood, tuna and the red berry cheesecake dessert were delicious.

Terrible staff, rude, impolite, and giggling at each other the whole time. Terrible experience. I will never stay there again. I don't recommend it. If I could give it 0 stars, I absolutely would. Don't waste your time in this terrible hotel.

Interior is beautiful.
But still I felt negative vibes. No energy in the air.
We stayed only for night, left the place early morning so can't comment on service part. But I won't suggest it if you have better options at some other locations which have more cheerful surroundings, where you can roam around. There should be some youthful excitement in the air when you are on vacation. It was completely missing in this hotel
