Not me personally, but some of my relatives were staying. Location found, by chance, not by choice but for an "unscheduled". But if, at first we were lost for a moment, we were then happy. Almost a family-run hotel. Very nice, sober, tastefully decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are warm, clean, tidy. The varied breakfast, according to the tastes. I think I will be able to recommend it...

This is a nice little hotel, very clean, and situated very well for a visit to Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este. It's worth much more than what they charge! About 2 km north of where the Hotel is there is an excellent local pizzeria.

All in all the Hotel was ok, the Breakfast is from a German perspective, very Italian. In room 204, the extra bed has a very through description Mattratze. The Service is good. The bathroom is aich well, bissauf the something nasty condition of the Inside of the toilet bowl

Good location, awful hotel First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

I have visited mamy Best Western and I was expecting the same level of hotel, but this one seems to be on a lower level. No best western status recognized, no fridge in the room, no free water... The restaurant had some nice dishes on the menu, but they were not available...

The hotel is beautiful big rooms, clean also. The restaurant there has delicious food and the best pizza in Italy.

the staff were amazing specially Romeo he was amazing he helped us even with the shittle . he directed us how to use it where to go and where to stay . all the recipients people were wonderful and very helpful . flexible with every thing acually they made our stay easy for virst time visited in the Tivoli . but the location acually was pretty far u will need taxi or shuttle to go to Tivoli attraction...

This has to be the best place in Tivoli and I know you won't find a better host anywhere.......period. We have never stayed at a place with the host so dedicated to you having a great experience. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again.

What a wonderful B&B in the heart of Tivoli. Stayed here 4 nights and the location was perfect, but what really stood out was the amazing service by the owner, Filippo! He helped us book a spa, made sure we got the correct bus tickets, suggested perfect restaurants and we had great conversation. This is a gem of a place in the heart of town (next to the central church), with views all around, comfortable rooms, cool terrace and a fantastic host in Filippo. He's tremendously welcoming and helpful. Charming, homely location. Tivoli is a gem and this is a great location to explore it from.

Cute and spotless with fantastic service… and best of all, there is no better location in the whole city. It’s right off the main square in a beautiful historic building. The owner Fillipo even arranged our dinner, sending us to the best meal we had in Italy. Can’t recommend more highly.

Best Bed and Breakfast in Tivoli, all the rooms are newly remodeled and the bathrooms are brand new, also the owner of the places is always taking care of every little detail to make your stay more comfortable, it was a nice experience with the best tips to do and see!

Our room was very comfortable, clean, huge, modernly furnished, big bathroom with jacuzzi, the view was amazing, location is in the center of Tivoli.

This B and B is wonderful. It is immaculate and the owner takes excellent care of the guests. The room that we stayed in was well appointed and within easy walking distance to the great things that this gem of a City has to offer. I wish we had stayed longer. Our highest recommendation. 5 Stars!

Bed&Breakfast just steps from the center of Tivoli...the room practically like new..modern and spotlessly clean. Modern furniture, free wifi im the entire property and breakfast is rich and delicious...in the company of the curious feline that she envied from outside the door-window on the garden... in The evening, then the sunset over Rome is amazing.

Amazing hotel near Rome. We stayed here 2 nights on our way from Umbria to Amalfi coast and used the day to explore Tivoli and Villa D’Este. This was such a good surprise: great room, amazing breakfast and dinner. Great service, and the atmosphere was so calming. I saw a lot of people going to the pool (we were there in July) but coming from Miami that is not what we wanted. Breakfast was the best...

Absolute Gem !!!! Sheets are for kings and queens soft and crisp and smell beautiful!!! View is stunning ! They even accommodated me with vegan breakfast! ( maybe add dinner too ? ) It’s all immaculate and they are very friendly !!! Natural soap and organic tea and fresh glass Bottled water upon arrival in room !! WOW !!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during a trip to Rome and it was amazing! The hotel has small cottages in which the rooms are located. A small walk of 2 minutes is needed to get from the cottage to the restaurant for breakfast. That walk was so lovely each time. The view over the hills is amazing, but all the farm animals walking around are so great as well. You'll see cows, donkeys, sheep, pigs...

A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

This worked for a one night stay to our next stop on our trip.

We have stayed here before and it is well positioned to walk to all points of interest. Monica is a very good host.
