He runs six simple but large and excellent rooms in the exact center of town, right in the heart of bustling, wonderful Tivoli. Prices are on point, a nice custom breakfast in the morning, all the guidance you'll need to make the most of your visit and touring. Highly recommended.

Great B&B to walk through old Tivoli & enjoy the city. Felipo was a great host and hearing about the family history with the house was special. And Sibilla, the restaurant he recommended (and called to reserve a table for us) was amazing!!! Also, the rooftop terrace was awesome. Definively hope to visit again.

The Best Lodging in Tivoli! The Regina Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay in Tivoli, Italy. Everything was excellent from the breakfast to a good night's sleep. The lovely roof top patio was an added perk, and the host Phillipo was the best host I've had at a B and B. He set us up with dinner reservations and cab rides and was very knowledgable about the area. If I ever get to Tivoli again...

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade. The place was nice enough. It was clean. It’s a long walk from the train station though. There are no taxi’s here, you have to walk. Turn LEFT out the station and over the walk-bridge over the river then up the maIn road. Don’t go through old town - suitcases don’t do well on cobblestones.

Il Giardino provided pleasant accommodation for our cycling group. However, the catering service was overwhelmed at breakfast, when about 20 of us arrived simultaneously.

This is the best place I have stayed in Italy. Fair Price great rooms helpful staff. I’m starting to prefer Tivoli over Rome. Amazing things to see and do great restaurants and you can take the train into Rome if you want as a day trip

Our stay was wonderful. Sabrina helped us feel very welcome. She was very helpful in sharing details of where we could find great food, and avoid tourist traps. She also helped us with directions when it came to transportation as well. We appreciated this a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tivoli!!

Good location, awful hotel First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

I have visited mamy Best Western and I was expecting the same level of hotel, but this one seems to be on a lower level. No best western status recognized, no fridge in the room, no free water... The restaurant had some nice dishes on the menu, but they were not available...

The hotel is beautiful big rooms, clean also. The restaurant there has delicious food and the best pizza in Italy.

Very limited parking. Employees parked in customer parking. Had to go in and get one to move their car.

A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

This worked for a one night stay to our next stop on our trip.

We have stayed here before and it is well positioned to walk to all points of interest. Monica is a very good host.
