Tivoli, Via Quintilio Varo (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel San Angelo is nothing short of beautiful and magnificent. It was converted into a hotel from a castle and monastery over 50 years ago and was renovated in 1994. The hotel has 35 good sized rooms with minibars and wifi throughout. The wifi is not the best, so a great excuse to get out and about. Not only do the comfortable rooms, marble floors, and delicious food and incredible staff make this...
Very pleasant traditional style hotel with spectacular views. A good 20 minute tricky walk into Tivoli & longer on the return as there are steep hills to negotiate. Rooms are spacious & comfortable, some might say rather old fashioned. Good bathroom but dated. Lovely terraces & pool. Ate in the dining room once for lunch, once for dinner. Simple but fresh meals using good quality ingredients. Better...
Wow. Amazing rooms, amazing breakfast, and amazing view. The hotel sits an easy 3 minute drive from downtown. Or, if you prefer, a liesurely 20 minute walk to Villa D'este. Parking is free and the pool is Romanesque sitting just below a hilltop Ansari and Olive tree farm. Simply put...wow!

Great location and parking outside the hotel. Gentleman on reception was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Very nice breakfast served on the roof terrace. Very dog friendly - my Labrador was treated like a king 😀. Pleasant helpful staff, quiet room.
Breakfast was fantastic! the overall surrounding and cleanlines was excellent! a little too noisy as there doesn't seem to be a soundproof area. But overall great stay! thank you
Good to stay if you're visiting Tivoli gardens or villa Adriano. Exceptionally clean rooms, with plenty of good quality towels. Extra pillows & toilet rolls would be an idea. A warm and friendly welcome from the lady of the house. There's a really good restaurant about 300 mts walk away called Nobel, set in lovely gardens, tasty home cooked food ,good value for money .
The perfect affordable place to stay in tivoli
Good hotel with private parking. Although there is no restaurant they recommend one at only 0.5 miles distant with good food which additionally gives a discount. Only 2 miles from downtown and near the magnificent Villa Adriana.

Staff very helpful….delicious breakfast
The pictures on the website do not match the hotel! The hotel is far more run down than the website shows. That being said, the hotel was clean. The surrounding neighborhood appears run down and is about 20 minute bus ride to the center of Tivoli. Would not stay again.
Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient.
Very basic facilities and services No box tissue, no tea or coffee no toothpaste set and no kettle The breakfast provide very limited choice and few varieties, bread, cakes bacon and egg The only good one is the coffee is outstanding
A very good place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast is very good. I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t even filled or ready to open by June 1. Otherwise, a good location for day tripping to Tivoli with friendly and helpful staff.

It was OK. It's tucked away in a suburban area, quite quiet. In summer, post-Covid, it will probably be pleasant.
Friendly woorkers. The room was clean, bath clean The quality of the equipment is middle class and the price/night very cheep comparing with what they offer!!! Very nice:) And breakfast included...55 euro/night
Nice place that offers shuttle services as well.
The location in winter is not the best as there are a few things to do but the hotel offers a very good ratio of price and quality of the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, towels and sheets of excellent quality, helpful staff and all in all not too far from the centre of Rome can be reached by car in 15/20 min
Hotel clean, friendly and quiet. We needed a hotel for a night to do the check-in 24h. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good home-made cakes at breakfast. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Great food, nice pool, friendly staff
Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok but consisting mostly in cakes, very bad coffee! The outside swimming pool was open only until 6pm and the indoor swimming pool was available for 15 euros
Good place to stay several nights. Meany palaces to visit.

Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

The woman at the front desk was not good at English during my stay, but she tried her best to explain things to me and was very nice. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, with some ups and downs. There's a supermarket nearby. It takes about 30 minutes by subway to get to the city center. I extended my stay by one night, but I didn't have to move rooms. The room had a balcony and a bathroom...
Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.
The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.
My experience in Vitti hotel It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy...
Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around. It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age. Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.
We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were also well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food, and the staff were okay. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station, which is very convenient. Oh and they provide trolley to carry our luggage.
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)...
Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. We had the very nice and spacious Junior Suite with a large terrace. Perfect for a family with two children. The outdoor pool is well maintained and a very pleasant change in the heat. The breakfast has a good selection with something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The distance to the main sights by car is about 20 minutes. We will book there again on our next trip to Rome.

The rooms are okay. The hotel is obviously quite old and fixtures such as the mirror in the bathroom are rusted up and gross. The shower heads were clogged and the tub was not draining properly. Nice little room which has a thermostat which greatly helps in the heat of Rome. Downside is no Wi-Fi in your room only in the lounge.
Rome in thirty minutes.Vatican up to 40 minutes. The bus in front of the hotel until they were quotes. The lobby based on the left and right building split. The dining room is the right building, basement On the left is the old manual Elevator. The right side is normal in Israel and more. Breakfast excellent.Buffet.Ham,cheese,and eggs. Wi-Fi for a fee.

The hotel room is not bad, the staffs are nice but the problem seems to exist for long time. Base on the reviews from a few years ago, there has been guests complaining about the A/C over time. The hotel does nothing about it. It sets on 25C by the hotel while it’s boiling hot in summer, the guests have no control for the temperature setting. we complained and also heard some other guests complained...
I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Mercede in Frascati, and I’m so glad I chose this spot for a relaxing getaway just outside the buzz of Rome. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace, with beautiful hilltop views and a quiet atmosphere — but still close enough to Frascati town for a quick visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone...
A little late, I would like to thank all of you on the staff for the great experience you allowed me to live during the few days of my stay. Hotel Villa Mercede has everything you could need when traveling, including excellent services (padel, swimming pool, spa, gym, bar, forgive me if I forget something...), a fairly varied breakfast, a fantastic view with which to relax at dinner and extremely clean...
The hotel is nice. Frascati is In a walkable distance but there are not many things you can do on foot. You better have a car from here if you want to explore the surroundings.
Wonderfully located in the hills, overlooking Roma. Outstanding location, walking distance to the city center as well as the train station into Rome and other destinations. Outstanding amenities, including a wonderful dining experience, Nikolai provided amazing service and detail. The front staff was always friendly and helpful, there’s a 24 hour bar/coffee/convenience store, relaxing, spa, two pools...

Attention! The plugs are of Italian type which is not compatible usual European plugs, and there is only one adpater available for rent for the whole hotel from the front desk. Breakfast has little choice. Room facilities are old. Front desk is frienly though.
Great hotel very clean. Large bedroom and bathroom. Helpful staff. Great Breakfast.
Stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding nearby. My wife and I had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of good food provided at breakfast. Train station is only a short walk away.
beautiful, elegant, charming, sunny hotel, in a strategic position a stone's throw from the center where there are bars, restaurants, markets, cinemas, shops for shopping and more.... my breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners have always started from here, from this town and my place to stay is hotel flora
Location perfect for us, a short drive from the airport, parking on site and staff ready to welcome us. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Quick walk into Frascatti centre where there were bars and restaurants.
Very complete continental breakfast buffet with very good coffee Very friendly and helpful staff Large double bed Well connected to Frascati city centre, Piazza Roma, and Frascati train station

Excellent structure, excellent value for money, I found it very good, very kind and helpful staff, very nice
Great range for breakfast Nice outside seating area Not too far from a tube station and a few supermarkets Not close to many great restaurants Quite far out the city
Facilities: Very complete Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Convenient surrounding transportation Service: Very thoughtful service The front desk service is very good and fluent in English. The room is quite large and close to the subway. The breakfast is rich in variety.
The room is big with a new style bathroom. The decoration of the room makes it feel like a resort. The hotel provides breakfast which gives you a convenient and quick boost. The stay is a nice experience.
That's our 4th day at Urban Garden and we love it. Personel is really friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfy and clean. The area is calm and safe I would say, really close to metro station and supermarket- Lidl. Garden next to our room is really cozy and cats that are living in here are so nice! Choosing this hotel was a huge blessing because after a long day in centrum of Roma you can come back...
Neat room, clean bathroom and located very close to the metro and bus stop. Reception staff are very helpful, friendly and kind!
