Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. I stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

Very comfortable hotel and dining was very good. The room had lovely views and was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but some more information about access to facilities would have been helpful.

Good location for our situation

Good hotel for traveling up and down the autostrada. Walking distance from a few cafes, pizzerias and a shopping mall. Great value. Above average breakfast.

I stayed in the Grand Duca Dest instead. Upgrade a lovely surprise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Simple yet very tasty. The pool was fab.

The room was very clean and had a good terrace, where you could enjoy your afternoon or evening.

Our stay at the Hotel Aurora was brief but enjoyable. It took us a moment to figure out how to turn the lights on, and the air conditioning could have been better, but the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The following morning they had a lot of great breakfast pastries and made some great coffee! Not a bad place to stay if you're visiting Rome!

It was a relatively cheap hotel 30 minutes drive from the centre of Rome with excellent facilities

The room was compact to our liking, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was well lit and ventilated. The room had a nice window for some air. The breakfast provided was very sufficient. The staff were friendly.

We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. Nice and clean place for tourists. There is large car parking, free WiFi and entertainment for the children & adult.

Not me personally, but some of my relatives were staying. Location found, by chance, not by choice but for an "unscheduled". But if, at first we were lost for a moment, we were then happy. This is a nice little hotel, very clean, and situated very well for a visit to Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este. It's worth much more than what they charge! About 2 km north of where the Hotel is there is an excellent local pizzeria.

All in all the Hotel was ok, the Breakfast is from a German perspective, very Italian. In room 204, the extra bed has a very through description Mattratze. The Service is good. The bathroom is aich well, bissauf the something nasty condition of the Inside of the toilet bowl

A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

This worked for a one night stay to our next stop on our trip.

Good location, awful hotel First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

I have visited mamy Best Western and I was expecting the same level of hotel, but this one seems to be on a lower level. No best western status recognized, no fridge in the room, no free water... The restaurant had some nice dishes on the menu, but they were not available...

Our room was very comfortable, clean, huge, modernly furnished, big bathroom with jacuzzi, the view was amazing, location is in the center of Tivoli.

This B and B is wonderful. It is immaculate and the owner takes excellent care of the guests. The room that we stayed in was well appointed and within easy walking distance to the great things that this gem of a City has to offer. I wish we had stayed longer. Our highest recommendation. 5 Stars!

Bed&Breakfast just steps from the center of Tivoli...the room practically like new..modern and spotlessly clean. Cute and spotless with fantastic service… and best of all, there is no better location in the whole city. It’s right off the main square in a beautiful historic building. The owner Fillipo even arranged our dinner, sending us to the best meal we had in Italy. Can’t recommend more highly.

Best Bed and Breakfast in Tivoli, all the rooms are newly remodeled and the bathrooms are brand new, also the owner of the places is always taking care of every little detail to make your stay more comfortable, it was a nice experience with the best tips to do and see!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during a trip to Rome and it was amazing! The hotel has small cottages in which the rooms are located. A small walk of 2 minutes is needed to get from the cottage to the restaurant for breakfast. That walk was so lovely each time. The view over the hills is amazing, but all the farm animals walking around are so great as well. You'll see cows, donkeys, sheep, pigs...

Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. La Rústica station is out of commission so you need to pay to get a taxi to get to the Metro station and honestly...

The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink.
