It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants

The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

Good hotel for traveling up and down the autostrada. Walking distance from a few cafes, pizzerias and a shopping mall. Great value. Above average breakfast.

The hotel and the rooms look better on the photos than in the reality. The hotel and the rooms have already their years ans should be refurbished. The bathroom was fine and large with a bathtube. The worst were the windows which were completely untighed: there was no difference if the windows were open or closed because the noise from the street was the same. Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was simple but delicious and staff was kind. Easy stop on a drive from Florence to Calabria. Good value for the price. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything is clean and functions well. Exactly what we needed as a family of 4.

Off the main road, a bar in a park next door was lovley and a fabulous pizzeria 5min walk. The room was well appointed and the staff were very helpful.

We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

This worked for a one night stay to our next stop on our trip.

Good location, awful hotel First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

I have visited mamy Best Western and I was expecting the same level of hotel, but this one seems to be on a lower level. No best western status recognized, no fridge in the room, no free water... The restaurant had some nice dishes on the menu, but they were not available...

The place was nice enough. It was clean. It’s a long walk from the train station though. There are no taxi’s here, you have to walk. Turn LEFT out the station and over the walk-bridge over the river then up the maIn road. Don’t go through old town - suitcases don’t do well on cobblestones.

Il Giardino provided pleasant accommodation for our cycling group. However, the catering service was overwhelmed at breakfast, when about 20 of us arrived simultaneously.

Great B&B to walk through old Tivoli & enjoy the city. Felipo was a great host and hearing about the family history with the house was special. The Best Lodging in Tivoli! The Regina Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay in Tivoli, Italy. Everything was excellent from the breakfast to a good night's sleep. The lovely roof top patio was an added perk, and the host Phillipo was the best host I've had at a B and B. He set us up with dinner reservations and cab rides and was very knowledgable about the area. If I ever get to Tivoli again...

Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. But yes pool area is quite nice and they have plenty entertainment. Rooms are outdated and no new tech TV’s so you’re forced to watch Italian TV. La Rústica station is out of commission so you need to pay to get a taxi to get to the Metro station and honestly...

The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The breakfast was decent, but there's nothing else to really mention. The room's condition, as shown in the attached photos, included small bugs in the bathroom sink.

We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is also fairly close to the train station which worked well for our family for visiting Rome.

This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center) the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :( this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜

Excellent. It also has an underground parking lot, making it a great choice for those arriving by car.

A beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean resort. The only inconvenience is that if you return after midnight with your car, you have to leave it outside and then walk to your bungalow. However, you can also avoid walking, as an electric vehicle will take you there.

Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.

We stayed in this hotel during the Christmas days. The rooms are small but very welcoming. We chose the room on the first floor with a window and a small terrace. We only had one problem with the small bed base, some slats fell, while we were out they fixed the bed base. It has a plentiful and good breakfast.

What a beautiful and quaint hotel on the outskirts in Rome. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the terminus. There are restaurants and shops located in the area in walking distance. They have very clean rooms and the breakfast served daily is nice.

I booked this hotel to keep costs down while sightseeing in Rome! The nearest station is Rebibbia Station, which is about a 20-30 minute train ride from Termini Station, but it still felt far away after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel is located close to the metro station, 4-5 minutes of walking. The rooms are nice and clean, the only disadvantage was that there were no windows, only a small one on the entrance door. Breakfast was good, unfortunately there were just a few things to choose from, the variety was not the best. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I fully recommend it if you plan a city break in Rome.

Had a 3 night stay here recently. Can not praise the staff enough, very friendly, very helpful, and the room cleans were daily and very good, fresh towels, and beds always made lovely. The hotel provided free breakfast. The conditions were not very good, but the price was reasonable. The location was slightly remote, but the subway was also convenient. It was about 6 to 7 minutes away from the subway station.

Everything works, but the owner doesn't spend much on renovations and maintenance. The water in the toilet was slow, the bathroom window could not be closed. With a little effort it would be a very good hotel, so it is only average. The breakfast was plentiful. I also bought dinner once, it was mediocre. The pillows were too hard for me.

Rebibia station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is situated next to the Terna company building. It's a bit dated and a little out of the way, but the value for money is excellent – definitely recommended! Breakfast was also good.

Early morning terrible noise. I don’t know where it’s come from. It’s wall cracking or some construction at the top or something else but since 6 AM we wake up we couldn’t sleep again. Reception did nothing.

The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. The second day, I went to the restaurant on the ground floor, which was much quieter.

Really nice hotel for a visit to Rome! Since the metro station is directly in front of the hotel, you’ll be at coloseo within 15 minutes. The hotel was clean, people were nice, breakfast was good (check second room also!) If you arrive by car you can find a secure one on parkopedia.

While the location for the hotel is quite a bit far away from the centre, it is right in front of the Metro station is makes it quite convenient for travel. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby and a huge shopping mall called Panorama next door. The rooms were very well kept and use a code to get in and out of the building over cards or keys. Nice hotel situated outsise the centre of Rome and relatively near to the Ciampino airport. The hotel is pretty ok and the breakfast is good. Via the bus and subway you can reach the centre of Rome in 20/30 min. The staff is excellent end very helpfull! Nothing fancy but just a good and simple hotel if you are visiting Rome for a citytrip.

I stayed this hotel three weeks ago. Rooms are clean and warm. But breakfast isn't enough. Rooms windows are opening to a beautiful smelling garden. There is a circus near the hotel's main entrance. There is a market and a restaurant in a walking distance.

I loved the Alba hotel. The rooms were very large and spacious. The breakfast was really good. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There were also good restaurants surrounding it and not too far of a walk. There was a subway stop that was nearby which made it easy to get to downtown Rome.

The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is decent. It's located quite outside the city limits, so the trains stop running after midnight, so you'll need to take a taxi. However, if you're planning to commute before then, it's a perfect place to stay. The newly opened Metro C Line takes you to the Colosseum in just 25 minutes, no transfers required. Hotel is a good option to who is arriving in Rome, but not to whom depend to public transport, it doesn’t have direct access to bus line and train. Breakfast could have more variety like eggs and more options of fruits.

The owner is just lovely. Worm and personal treatment. A great bonus is this little restaurant in the same building. Food is very good and abundant. Though, if one desires something fancier and busier for change there is 700m away a fancy restoran. The bus top for Rome is 1km away. For the price and quality ratio it is a fine place to choose!

It bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but it is lucky to be a 3 star. The location is not close to downtown, or the airport. The beds are terrible, and extremely stiff and uncomfortable!! The shower was tiny, no working refrigerator, and the AC only worked part of the time!
