Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. Ferry a hop skip n jump away. Not noisy at all. Restaurant was lovely and breakfast delightful. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Pool in the sun and plenty of umbrellas if needed. Outlook from lake window view well worth the extra if you can. Just such a gorgeous hotel and location I’d love to go back.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is good a/c. Staff are extremely thoughtful and kind. Front desk helps with arranging transportation by taxi which is very helpful (they kindly ask for 24 hour notice). The ferry station/drop off point for Lenno is right in front of the hotel and was a nice surprise. The hotel bar has a good selection of drinks at a reasonable price and the hotel...

First, the hotel is perfectly located. Could see the lake from our room and the ferry being across the street is a big bonus! I’m glad we opted to stay in Lenno over the other “popular” towns. This hotel is clean, beautiful, HAS AC, and the breakfast was great! Would happily stay again and highly recommend!

We only ate lunch here, but the service was great. Later that day, on our way back to the ferry, we needed to use a restroom and the hotel staff were very welcoming. I’d definitely eat here again if we ever come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the lake in a relatively quiet section, convenient location. The staff are very helpful, breakfast is wonderful, the restaurant is mediocre. Prices are appropriate

I stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel. All the staff have been truly friendly. The room and the food were excellent, plus everywhere was clean. The hotel can be reached by bus or boat directly outside and is in walking distance of an iconic movie location. Thanks to the location of the hotel, you can enjoy a peaceful stay and see plenty of other places. I highly recommend using the boat services...

This hotel is located in such a pretty area on the lake, there’s a long stretch that takes you to a few restaurants and a beautiful park. The ferry dock is also just a 15 minute walk away, very easy to get to. Rooms were kept very clean, good sized and the view was lovely on the mountain side. We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. Our stay widely exceeded the expectations. The staff was amazing also for suggesting a taxi to reach the hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable, with a unique view on the lake. Same for the breakfast and the pool. Highly suggested.

Rooms are big and view is beautiful. The bar Roma is very nice and close to the Villa. Roberto is also very kind, after hiking on our departure day, we had a well-refreshing swim before midday.

Good for the price. Nice room and bathroom. The floor was sticky. Nice staff but no one spoke English, only Italian. The breakfast was also good for the price: great coffee, many sweet pastries, joghurt and fresh fruits, but only one type of white bread, one cheese and one ham, no eggs. Every day the same.

Perfect view, clean and tidy room, friendly staff, good location.

Ideal location to see the west coast of the lake. Convenience store below with adequate breakfast. Would stop again but found it a little noise due to being on the main road but cant be helpled.
