This hotel is incredible! If you are considering it don’t delay it will not disappoint. Also the garden view rooms are stunning so if you can’t stretch to the lake view it’s not a problem. There are views of the lake from all the beautiful restaurants and bar (and the sauna if you go there). Every little detail is thought of even to the little Bon Voyage tags on your suitcases when they are loaded...

I don’t have enough words to describe my fourth stay at the Grand! This time, I chose Easter instead of my usual Middle East escape. The weather has been absolutely perfect, and the level of hospitality keeps getting better every time. They’ve just opened for the season, but they already know exactly how to spoil their guests. I’m already planning my next stay in 2027! Grazi mille!

Hello — I recently stayed in room 601 and the king-sized down pillow was incredible. The manager mentioned it was a “Simmons” pillow. Could anyone share the exact model name or details (fill type, loft, size) of the Simmons pillow used in the rooms at Grand Hotel Tremezzo? I’d love to purchase a similar one for home. Much appreciated!

Everything was lovely, except for the man at the hotel's à la carte restaurant. He refused to give us a table for dinner and simply turned us away. Other people arrived right after us, and he immediately reserved a table for them (they were told to wait only a moment). We didn't eat anything that day.

Very nice hotel, and a view of Lake Como. Breakfast at the highest level. I want to tell you that we had an unpleasant situation at first. So we were put in the last room in the hotel, where there was a building on the left and Como was not visible (from the Bellagio side), but I booked a room with a 180ʼ view. I went to the reception and wanted to change our room, explained that this was not quite...

Clean, Good location and service

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La Darsena where I’d just come from.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The staff were pleasant except for one staff in the restaurant ( ****** the steward who was rude and ****** at 3 different occasions… otherwise rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.
