Lovely historic building in the heart of Ascoli Piceno

The palazzo itself is charming, but unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, and the bedding had a tear. Some towels had holes, which made everything feel a bit worn out. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the toilet seat didn’t fit properly, it was far too small. Ideal position tucked in a quiet street just behind Piazza del Popolo. We received a warm welcome along with our dog. The staff were professional and friendly, the room and bathroom were both spacious and very comfortable. In addition, we enjoyed a generous breakfast with great service. Our go-to hotel next time we visit Ascoli Piceno.

Wonderful people, great breakfast, and comfortable and quiet room in a very good location. And the convenience of valet pathing for a fee certainly is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly but spoke little to no English. The rooms are most definitely dated. Keys are still used instead of key cards and you can hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms as though the walls are paper thin. The breakfast is a typical pastry and coffee offering.

Our group of 14 stayed here 4 nights. We loved the location between the two large squares. There were many lovely outdoor restaurants nearby. Walking was very easy but there is also a small tourist train with headsets for touring the town. We did laundry one day - very close to the hotel. During our 4 days there were 2 events in one of the squares, mostly shopping but fun. Everyone at the hotel...

I was happy to return to Albergo Sant Emidio. The staff and service were excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast plentiful. I was greeted at the train station by a very nice gentleman who was sent by the hotel to pick us up. That was very helpful, as I am not too familiar with the area. I look forward to returning to Ascoli Piceno in the future, and staying at Albergo Sant Emidio again.

The top floor of an ancient building in the historic center used as a b & b by a welcoming and nice family. A few rooms and 1 comfortable apartment. Absolutely to try for those who want to walk around a beautiful city.

The very central place with many paid parking lots so you can experience everything without stress, room and place furnished with style, owner and staff very attentive and able to provide advice on the city and places to visit and where to eat . I stayed in this b & b for three days, from 29 to 1 October. The facility turned out to be better than I expected, wonderful services and amenities. The strengths were undoubtedly the attention to detail and the tranquility where the place is located, the possibility to relax and rest without any kind of problem. Nice welcome, nice location, small but comfortable with everything you need. I don't like the waxed bed because it's too hot and the air conditioner too loud. Overall 8 out of 10

Super central location, very comfortable, but the room (number 7) is obviously poorly insulated in the attic and therefore very hot. The air conditioning helps but is very noisy. The tub is too badly adapted as a shower and the toilet seat should be fixed. For a fee you can request practically any extra service (breakfast, laundry, etc.)

The structure has a very convenient central location, which allows you to reach the places of interest in Ascoli. It could have a lot of potential but the room needs updating: there are no two bedside tables, there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers, the bathtub does not qualify as a "luxury room", the toilet seat is broken, there is no they are towel hangers and finally the air conditioner produces...

Like you visit your relatives in Italy and stay in their home ... very friendly hosts, comfy rooms and beds, good air conditioning and wi-fi. Nice breakfast prepared by Mamma, communicative hosts, very good location, close to the heart of the city. Easy and cheap parking nearby on the street. Definitely recommended by a family őf 5 (kids:16, 14, 11) on vacation with car (KIA Sportage 2022).

The house was a very nice old building what gave us a good feeling. The owner showed us the room and gave a map of the city. He explained things to visit. We slept very good and didn't have to use the AC. Breakfast was good, freshly prepared coffee for us, and we had some nice conversations with the owners and other guests. Historic, elegant and well-kept building, spacious, welcoming rooms with private bathroom, from the skylight there is a fantastic view of the mountains. The owners are nice and very welcoming, they gave us information about the city, gave us a map and recommended places to visit and to spend the evening.

The B&B is located in a historic stone farmhouse. It is accessed through a wooden door that opens onto an arched entrance and a small garden. Then you go up a large stone staircase with columns .. in short, the building is almost a museum. The room where we slept was very clean and well furnished. The host is nice, helpful and very kind. What can I say ... a marvel! Ancient, stately building in which to have a nice royal sleep. Prices in the hand, cleanliness and hospitality in the first place. The guy who hosted us makes you feel at home and serves you a great breakfast the next day.

Clean and well cared for but we had to ask for at least a clean in the bathroom and the short breakfast time made it impossible for us to do it, nenake once, but they took care not to offer at least a coffee or a piece of cake to the girl never in 5 days. Pity.

Nice welcome in a family environment very convenient for visiting Ascoli whose center is only 10 minutes away on foot. Paola the owner is a passionate traveler so she knows how to welcome adequately. Breakfast is served at the historic Caffe Meletti in the square: a fantastic experience. The bb has a large outdoor area and secure bicycle parking spaces.

Located in a strategic position, convenient to reach the center of Ascoli or to move around. A welcoming b & b: it feels like home! The rooms are clean and bright, comfortable bed. The rooms were good even if the b&b is not signposted at all. There is a large green area for children or for those with a dog. The breakfast is decent. I recommend communicating your arrival time so that the owners can be found.
