Easy walking distance to the town and main attractions of Ascoli. The owner is very helpful, hospitable and knowledgeable about the town and went out of to ensure I had a comfortable experience. I hope to stay here again!

A very comfortable property, very close to the historic center of Ascoli Piceno.
I stayed in a spotlessly clean and fully equipped room, with a very comfortable double bed.
Ms. Cinzia is fabulous, providing you with invaluable directions even before you arrive, including directions to nearby parking and the best places to visit... especially where to eat well at a good price.
Cinzia is fantastic, incredibly helpful, always on hand, and always ready to pamper you until you leave.

We stayed at this property for two nights; the owner, Mrs. Cinzia, made us feel at home right away. Her welcome was truly heartfelt, and her recommendations on parking and good, reasonably priced dining were invaluable. The room she reserved for us was clean and equipped with all the comforts needed for a peaceful stay.
Our dog, Shaggy, was treated like a prince and showered with hugs and kisses by Mrs. Cinzia.
We will definitely be back soon.

I often travel, in Italy and abroad, but I have never found kindness and availability such as those of Signora Cinzia, the owner of the Cantina dell'Arte: here one feels welcomed as if one has always known each other, with that sensitivity of mind and heart that one expects when staying in a city that we don't know. But to return to, if only to feel good, at ease and at home.
The structure is complete with all comforts, in the historic center and with an excellent quality-price ratio. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious and aesthetically well-finished, with a panoramic view over the characteristic roofs and the skyline of the city. Agreements with many clubs, restaurants, bars and pastry shops: everything close at hand. When we leave again, we leave our hearts; and Ascoli is truly a splendid reality, with its inhabitants, their warm, inclusive, affable dialect, its streets, its districts, churches and palaces. And, I must say, all this thanks also to the professionalism and great human warmth of Mrs. Cinzia, who knows how to be a true point of reference and, together, of true joy.
