The room had a bad odor and the front desk graciously switched our room. From now on I will not reserve a room where pets are allowed. It was a very strange smell. After breakfast when we arrived back to our room there was that odor coming from the second room. Not as bad as the first room, but an odor nevertheless. Too bad. It’s a nice property with beautiful floors

We stayed at Hotel Villa Pigna on our way back from vacation and had a wonderful time. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff were definitely the strong points. The room was spacious, clean, and elegant. We slept very well, thanks to the comfortable, spacious bed and the pleasant silence. Our dog was welcomed with care and without any restrictions; she accompanied us to both dinner and breakfast. The cuisine was excellent and varied. THANK YOU! Highly recommended!

Excellent structure overall, comfortable rooms but in particular the bathrooms are poorly maintained, decent breakfast obviously sweets frozen products but a no-frills, let's say a passing grade, very helpful and attentive staff

We booked this property because, looking at the photos, it looked like a nice place to spend a night while we were passing through on our way back from vacation. The reality is quite different from what the photos portray. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the broken wooden interior door, the holes in the bedspread, and the filth, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dust was all over the parquet floor and in the bathroom, even the toilet seat was broken, a dead fly was on the floor next to the bidet, and hair was in the shower. It was truly disgusting! Generally speaking, rooms should be clean, and I would even expect this from a 4-star hotel! I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you have children like us!

Stunning property with old world charm. Lovely bedroom and bath. Very comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was abundant and we enjoyed a very nice dinner.

The room was dirty and smelled like sewer gas. There was a cigarette burn in the bedspread. The shower was covered in mold and mildew. The tv didn’t work
