Hotel Argentina in Senigallia

Not worth a single star. I stayed at this hotel with a large group in April 2025. There were errors in the reservation, and rooms were swapped. I overpaid for a whole day for 2 rooms. They wanted to refund it. Since my last email on May 27, no response. Never again with me and my group. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

I came there for a trip, and the place is very dirty. My companions complained about the dirty sheets and weird stains all over the bed. The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom is beyond reproach. It was the first day, and dinner was awful. The pasta wasn't cooked properly, not even the chicken was cooked properly, and the dessert was also awful. The other two days weren't bad. The staff is nice, but the one running the place (at least I think so) was a bit rude and impolite for my taste.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small and the furnishings are dated, making it feel like you're back in the '70s. The food was decent considering it was a school trip.

I've stayed at this hotel for the fifth year in a row, and I must say the quality has drastically declined. The rooms are rundown, with small bathrooms and broken fixtures. Even the food doesn't seem to be what it used to be: the dishes are good but often arrive cold, the pasta is often sticky rather than al dente, and so on (I was even served a sour tiramisu, I hope it was okay...).
Water is not included with meals.
The helpfulness of the staff and the skill of the waiters are definitely noteworthy, as is the very convenient location right on the beach.

I was in the middle two weeks of August with my family, booking a total of 4 rooms (2 doubles, one single and one triple). The restaurant service (we opted for full board) was of good quality (varied and with good quality of raw materials) and the dining room and hotel staff were always helpful and kind. The good things end there. The hotel is objectively old: small rooms (my triple was a revisited double with an extra bed with obvious coexistence problems for three people) and even smaller bathrooms (the hotel holds the sad record of a single room with smallest shower in the world also, in blind bathrooms, there is no suction fan). Some rooms have recent fixtures while other rooms still have fixtures from 50 years ago and I don't understand how to propose these solutions with the risk of discriminating one customer rather than another. Room cleaning is insufficient (I also had to point out the presence of ants in my room). Some wooden components (cabinets and / or jambs) are in a strong state of decay and it would take very little to replace them. There are a dozen free bicycles available but there are more broken ones than usable ones (one afternoon I had to change three). Ultimately I don't feel like recommending this hotel.

I booked one night, 23-24 December .. a triple .. what shocks me how can it have three stars. All to be restored. To throw away. I'm from Senigallia, I will never go back.

I stayed at the end of August first 2 weeks of September old shower room x sun small people in the bathroom very small persistent odor x the money we spent expecting more ..... waiters not up to the passable menu breakfast with good buffet .... .. excellent location ..... advice a nice renovation and then some figures should stay out of the way for young people

Three-star hotel but the only thing that justifies this is the location, otherwise comparable to a dive. Small rooms, bathroom unusable due to the bad smell and size, shower with waxed curtain full of mold. Bed with separate mattresses and no topper to hold them together. Horrible dinner. On the other hand we had two balconies and from one you could see the sea.
