Hotel San Marco Marotta in Marotta

We stayed at the Hotel San Marco at the end of June 2025, and found it to be a good quality establishment.
The location was excellent, the beds comfortable, even though the rooms aren't particularly large (which is completely normal for this type of hotel), but they are very well air-conditioned and soundproofed.
The beach was clean, and the staff was always very helpful: during our stay, we had a few special requests, including those related to having a baby just over a year old, and they were always accommodated.
The breakfast buffet was very good and varied.
The restaurant was also excellent, especially for seafood lovers. Among the wait staff, a special mention goes to Vanessa, who was truly exceptional!

I stayed at this hotel in the last week of August 2025 on a half-board basis and was amazed by the efficiency and courtesy of the restaurant staff. They were quick to serve and attentive to the guests' needs. The food was tasty and plentiful! I especially thank Martina for helping me ship a bag I'd forgotten on my day of departure. Well done everyone!

Only positive things to say about this hotel in quiet Marotta. The owners are always there and attentive, pampering their guests, both young and old! The staff is very young and courteous. We especially want to thank Chiara, who served us lunches and dinners for these seven days impeccably and always with a smile (this is a plus that sometimes is even more important than the service). I recommend eating on the beachfront veranda if you have small children, for the priceless sea view and especially because it's away from the hustle and bustle of a restaurant. Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, and carefully selected draft beer by the owner. The beach in front is well-equipped with a children's playground, soccer field, and beach volleyball court. Free bicycle rental is available, convenient for a ride along the seafront and for reaching the main square in Marotta, which offers something different every evening, from children's magic shows to concerts by local artists. A big hug to the entire GFH family from Federico Laura and little Nicolò, and thank you for giving us an unforgettable stay.

Family vacation, me, my partner and Viola aged 4. Value for money at the height. The owners and staff have always been kind to us and the baby. At the restaurant we have always eaten well and in abundance, so much so that we asked the little girl for half portions. The beach, included in the package, was well-kept and welcoming, with the right space between one umbrella and another (not like in Liguria where you can't turn around). Good to all! And thanks for the nice holiday!

Helpful, kind and polite staff. Always clean and tidy rooms. You eat very well and the choice is always between 2 starters, 2 first and 2 second courses. The beach is also neat and clean. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday, this is the ideal place. More than recommended.

A fabulous stay, perfect welcome, spotless room with all the amenities I wanted. Breakfast full of all sweet and savory goodies.
Lunch and dinner from appetizer to dessert with tasty local dishes and a lot of variety of fish and meat, always new recipes every day, congratulations to the cook.
And the sea is there just cross the road.
A delightful vacation.

Very close to the sea, in a quiet village in the central part of Italy. Staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and provided with a/c system.

Very nice Hotel, room was a little small but very clean and nice. Balcony overlooking the Adriatic was great. Staff could not have been nicer.
