Dated hotel, unfortunately, because the location and design are perfect to be able to admire a wonderful sunrise with a beautiful sea from all the rooms. Old rooms to be renovated... breakfast according to the Adriatic standard. However, it deserves a 7 for quality/price.

- Old equipment and furniture, no kettle in the rooms; "all inclusive" doesn't include drinks (needs to order at extra cost, even water) + Friendly staff, good location

I would rate this as a minus 3 star hotel not 4. The room is good and the location is great. It was noisy but there's nothing they can do about that- after all the location has to have its compromises. Staff is fine although they could be a bit more friendly. I’ve travelled to many places around the world and I have never seen such small if any buffet We had more room in a stateroom on our cruise ship. Room was extra small

It was a beautiful location and the rooms were great. I loved the terrace where we were having breakfast. We enjoyed every day we were there. It was opposite the beach.

Return to Senigallia after 30 years Staff was awesome from the breakfast buffet to front desk. Spent a lot of time here in the 90’s and everything in the town has improved for the better.

very helpful The staff were excellent, our twin room turned out to be a double room so we asked for a room with separate beds, and they gave us an apartment, which was more than adequate, it hadn’t been used for a while, but just needed an airing

The hotel is at a perfect location close to the train station and the city. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The facilities were super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time, true the rooms are a little dated, but comfortable mattress clean sheets, great view and well soundproofed. Excellent breakfast and very kind service. Hotel italia have a really nice room. Is really confortable, the service is really good. The rooms are quite confortable an very clean. The price in this season time are also reasonable.

If you want to eat well, you should stay here! The food was excellent and abundant - lovely home made meals. Full and half board include 4 course meals with wine and water, breakfast was also good. The staff were very friendly and made a great effort to provide a lactose-free menu for my wife. We had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel with a huge outdoor swimming pool + kids pool and hydromassage pool. The rooms have a balcony and there's even a small window in the bathroom. The breakfast was a rich Italian spread, but unfortunately they didn't have an English breakfast option. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in September: everything was excellent from the cleaning of the room, to the varied breakfast and for all tastes, the clean pool, good dinner. What a fantastic hotel. A real oasis especially for us as we were travelling through the area in early December. Very comfortable room, good facilities nearby and a great buffet breakfast with many choices. The front office staff were outstanding. The hotel is clean but looking old. The interior is old dated. Beds need to be updated. Room was clean. Nice rooftop. But too expensive for the quality you get.

Our room was perfect - a lovely little balcony with large ocean view and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious - so many options, too! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Old Town is about an 8 minute walk - very easy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional experience An exceptional property in every way. Excellent service, Sofia welcomed us with the warmth you'd expect in places like Senigallia. Excellent breakfast. The room had a view and was quiet despite the railway below. Just one thing: put recycling bins in the room too!

Excellent hotel. This is the third year we've stayed in August and we had a great time. It's a shame we were surprised this year that Sky Wellness is closed from June to September. It's certainly an inconvenience for guests; I can't understand the reason for the summer closure.

Beautiful but small room with small balcony including attached washroom, with heater/A.C & T.V. !! Small balcony gives a mesmerizing view of sea. Hotel has it's own dining and restraunt but opens up for limit time duration. Around 1.5Km from senigallia Station and 2km from center. Hotel staff will not pick you from station so better to have arrange your own vehicle. Best for summers specially march...

We spent the 1st of September in the attic of this residence. Although small, nothing was missing, super-equipped, well furnished even in the small details. The owner, Mr. Daniele, very nice and a very attentive and helpful person towards guests.

I have been a guest of Daniele several times in the last 10 years (the last this first week of September 2021) and I have always received top treatment in an exceptional structure (spotless, tidy, well equipped and really well positioned). We have just left to return to Milan. We spent just one night for my husband's business engagement in Ancona. Really extraordinary hospitality, kindness and availability. A hotel with neither merit nor merit. A dated structure that could definitely use a facelift. The rooms aren't very large, but they're still spacious enough. There are no curtains on the windows, only electric shutters. The bathroom is small and has the bare minimum: there's no towel rack near the sink. Family-run hotel. I've been coming here for years now. The staff is always very helpful and polite. Shuttle service runs until late at night. It's not right on the beach, but at least you can walk off the delicious food they serve, from breakfast to dessert. And Senigallia is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

After many years we returned and had a great time: very spacious rooms, fantastic food, beautiful beach and always helpful staff. Courtesy and empathy are the original technique and skills of the staff and this allows them to be accessible to large and small customers and above all to the family. Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Puglia. The pictures are strategically taken and look better than the actual hotel. Our room had little noise isolation which was unfortunate as person in the room next to us liked to have loud calls until late in the evening. The room was clean. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I was fine, very clean room and bathroom, kind staff and location very close to the sea, not far from the center. Good breakfast, I recommend it.

The place has been renovated, but it could use some further renovations. The buffet menu remains unchanged for most of the week, and water could be included in the menu and not considered an extra. The water pressure in the bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors often isn't there, making it difficult to wash. Overall, I recommend it.

We had a great week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly kind and cheerful, welcoming us with a smile from day one to day two. The rooms, despite a few inconveniences, were spotless. The food was good, even though the chef was quite imaginative, and it took just a moment to get from lime risotto to arancini.
