Excellent stay. It is about as good as it gets in Italy at this price range. We had a suite and what we think of as a "suite" in the United States isn't quite the same at this hotel or any others I've seen in Italy at this price point - just different expectations of the word and I cannot fault them for this. Having said that, the room was spotless and quite nice, the sea view exactly as promised, and the location couldn't really be much better. It is about a 10 to 15-minute walk downtown and the beach is across the street. The staff, from the cleaning to the front desk personnel, were always helpful, responsive, and quick with a greeting. Breakfast was decent (continental). We would stay here again without hesitation.

Large rooms and incredibly comfortable king-size bed. Recently renovated. Young and very helpful staff. The on-site restaurant serves truly excellent food. Very convenient to the beach, train station, and nightlife. I've rarely found a hotel with so many qualities... Highly recommended.

Great hotel! Clean, big rooms, good shower, room was very new, good location, friendly staff. breakfast very Italian, service very slow and could not get the order right several times. But we had a good laugh about it. Would come again.

Nice hotel to stay with a family or for couples. Super clean rooms and good service. Also there nice swimming pool with amazing chilling zone. Personal were so helpful and kind for all my requests! Highly recommend

The hotel is of a really high standard, clean and elegant. However, the biggest advantage was the hotel service - nice ladies and gentlemen at the reception. Always smiling and despite the language barrier, they tried to help and advise in details. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes from the beach and great restaurants. I hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again in the future. I recommend this great place to everyone

We stayed there for 4 nights and it has been great. The location is very good (close to the beach and city centre).The room was modern and efficient. Staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Chiara and Matteo. Highly recommended. We will go back when in Senigallia again.

Nice rooms, some of them are new. Free bikes. Near to the city center and basically on the beach. Really nice hotel!
