Convenient, clean and pleasant Pleasant front desk folks. Close and easy drive to parking to access the historic areas. We thought 30 Euros per person to use the pool was excessive so we did not use those facilities.

For a European hotel, the room was gigantic! This hotel feels like a spa for locals more than for tourists. We have only seen locals in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you are eating in the right place. The room we had was basic and comfortable. To be considered a 4 star hotel the bathrooms are in need of updating. The staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice. Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast variety was fresh and cappuccinos were delicious. Loved the patio area for breakfast and the terrace section to relax. I enjoyed my five-day stay at Hotel Bonconte.

Exemplary hospitality in this small, elegant hotel. My companion and I had trouble navigating the streets of Urbino in our rental car. Because of some nearby construction, we could not find the hotel, and had to leave our car outside the walls. I don’t disagree that the hotel could use a refresh but that being said, I found my room very clean. The location is great, just inside the walls and for 10€/day could stay parked right in front. It’s about a 5-10 minute climb straight up to be in the center of the town so not ok if you have mobility issues. It's a nice, small hotel in the center of Urbino. Access by car is rather difficult, as there are no parking facilities. The hotel should include the elevator costs from the parking garage to the street.

The ideal accommodation to explore Urbino, situated in the historic centre (attention: limited traffic zone, but parking Mercatale very close). All attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, kind and helpful staff at reception.

Lovely place to stay that has a certain charm all of its own despite its somewhat dated look.. We had a super two night stay here with a great and super clean room, good breakfast and within a few meters of the main square in Urbino which was super convenient. We enjoyed the location of the hotel – close to the sites and many restaurants. The hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. The room was modern and kept very clean. The breakfast room was modest in size and sometimes a bit hectic, but the breakfasts were very good.

Great hotel. A very old building located close to the historical sites that has been renovated into a beautiful modern style. Wonderful English speaking staff that gave us great food recommendations. Excellent Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Our room had a great view. The only downside was that there are no use ports in the room.

We stayed in the newer part of this hotel, which looked great. For some reason, at our arrival, there was no staff member at the front desk. We ended up searching for someone. The breakfast in the old-fashioned dining hall tasted a bit stale.

Dated hotel, however they are building a new wing, the rooms of the old one, at least mine was rather run down and without due maintenance. Positive to mention the kitchen, rather abundant breakfast and good dinner, in fact we repeated the experience on the second evening. The hotel has a decidedly good price, as is the location for reaching Urbino and its surroundings

The hotel is literally right opposite the magnificent Palazzo Ducale. We thoroughly recommend.

Perfect stay! Very nice staff, young man at front desk I believe named Tobias was very helpful. Room are really very spacious. Breakfast was excellent plus location is central to all historic sites.

Under pillow -ed old fashioned room and some odd details like a key with a plastic holder uncharacteristic of a 4* hotel, Inner vista in a congested parking lot. Very helpful staff, essentially a one man show without a 24 hours reception or concierge. After ours you sneak through the unguarded patio car park which though hotel owned as it seems it is separately charged. Basic drawbacks of this hotel...

The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

The environment, the rooms, the staff, everything is very nice! Everything is well maintained, clean and very helpful.

Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!

This is simply the most beautiful, romantic and brilliant venue ever! I had the privilege of being invited to conduct a wedding here last weekend. The staff are welcoming, generous and really live the values of the organisation. The facilities are outstanding and it was the perfectly organised and wonderful place to experience. We have just celebrated our daughter’s wedding. The setting, the staff , the food were fantastic. We loved everything and are so grateful to the Tenuta team for all their efforts which made everything go perfectly. Thanks to all of you. Such a perfect celebration .

Good choice for driving with car. You can have a spa for charge. Small n nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast n service.

The hotel is in a farm, the environment is very good, and the dinner environment is also great. Highly recommended for self-driving tours
