Excellent location and very responsive staff. Only issue is there is no air conditioning. We had to have a very noisy fan on all night so not much sleep.

Also keep in mind no lifts and 3 flights of stairs. Tough with suitcases.

Thx Luca for your looking for me in front of the building and explaining all about. Great location. Enjoyed cafes and bars nearby. Easy to stroll the medieval city on foot during my very short stay. Quiet and clean room of a castle view and Theater and square. Town people are very nice.

Friendly staff and professional. Very responsive to any requests for assistance and further information requested. The place was great, very stylish fully renovated.

Location was great, nice modern suite. Luca was very helpful, carried luggage up to our room. Breakfast at the bar around the corner was nice.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the B&B is not soundproofed and you can hear everything. Forget about having a decent sleep if the other rooms are booked. Also, the shower needs a deep clean - you can tell it is just superficially cleaned only.

I call the hotel directly because booking that morning gives me problems. This was the beginning of the odyssey. I am answered by a lady who hastily wants to sell me the room, but not the booking room as I had asked, but a dirty attic without window and with bad sheets, unfortunately we discover all this upon our arrival at 19.30. I would have canceled anyway my partner was satisfied. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE ..... THEY ARE BAD !!!!!

Little transparency:
1- the room they gave me was not the one sold on the site
2- breakfast is described as a "buffet breakfast" instead it is a good coffee and croissant (in a bar that was closed in mid-August)
3- free parking ???? I'm still looking for it
