Beautiful boutique hotel right on the waterfront. Extremely warm and friendly staff. Owner Afreddo was most generous with the wine tasting!

This was such a wonderful surprise! We did not know this smaller lakeside village had great amenities so close to the hotel! Cool bars, great gelato, wonderful lakeside promenade. We thought Cannobio was where we needed to be… wrong this is IT. Ok, about the hotel. Perfect service, amenities, great view room.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a room overlooking the lake. We found the room to be well furnished and spacious. Breakfast was included in our fare and provided a wide variety of dishes. Hotel is in a great location. Reception staff are amazing - helpful and friendly. They lift this review from a 2 to a 3! Restaurant staff were friendly but couldn't always help - breakfast was average (the free scrambled eggs were terrible and 5 Euros for 2 fried eggs instead! They didn't know what a poached egg was - even in Italian!). Bar staff were less friendly - but the bar was always busy....

This is the most relaxing stay to end a busy trip exploring the Italian lakes and Venice. Lovely building in a great position on the lake however, the room rate at the beginning of October is too high to justify the lack of amenities and service. The receptionists were efficient but lacking warmth to the point of being austere and cold. Fantastic position and character on the side of the lake. Friendly, professional and loyal staff, and good that it is family run. We had a lake view room with balcony, which had stunning views across the lake. Breakfast was excellent. There was good off street private parking with garages. Will definitely return again.

We had a fabulous week in this lovely hotel. It was a special holiday and we treated ourselves to a lakeside view room. It was well worth it especially as we had a lot of rain that week & we could sit and watch the world go by. We loved the breakfasts especially being able to squeeze our own oranges. Lots of choice of mostly cold items but the bacon was delicious and there would always be scrambled...

Wonderful & idyllic setting. Listening to the lake water lapping along the promenade first thing in the morning is simply bliss. Totally recommend.

As a 3-star hotel with its price, it was really good! We stayed in a room for 4 people; it was really big, clean , and the view to the lake was fantastic! Breakfast has really small choices, but it was ok! It is really close to the lake, just a little walking. The lady receptionist was really kind and friendly. Only problem, if you take the 4 room with the view, you have to mount a countless stairs...

I have never before been made to feel so welcomed on arrival at a hotel. The owners and staff were exceptionally lovely. The view and property is gorgeous, they have multiple terraces so you can sit with a drink or sunbathe. Its a very beautiful place. Nothing was too much trouble. We came back most nights for dessert, the tiramisu and profiteroles were wonderful.

We didn’t eat or sleep in the hotel, but we get a problem with our car in front of the hotel and the hotel director helped us immediately. He was really nice, helpful. He is a good men. And if the director is a good and honest man, the hotel must be good too :))) thank you!

The location is great. Overlooking the lake. 5 min walk down the steps to the firs small beach and maybe 10 min to the main beach. Breakfast was good and so was the service. Food in the restaurant is also great and you can enjoy the view. You also get complimentary aperol. The owners are really friendly and helpful. If you love cats they also have the most adorable fluffs that love being petted but...

Super friendly. Beautiful view. Good food. The Filet with pepper sauce is a dream. The parking can be complicated but works in the end.
