As a 3-star hotel with its price, it was really good! We stayed in a room for 4 people; it was really big, clean , and the view to the lake was fantastic!
Breakfast has really small choices, but it was ok!
It is really close to the lake, just a little walking.
The lady receptionist was really kind and friendly.
Only problem, if you take the 4 room with the view, you have to mount a countless stairs! So if you have nad knee, becareful!
Overall, I enjoyed my 2 days staying there.

I have never before been made to feel so welcomed on arrival at a hotel. The owners and staff were exceptionally lovely.
The view and property is gorgeous, they have multiple terraces so you can sit with a drink or sunbathe. Its a very beautiful place. Nothing was too much trouble. We came back most nights for dessert, the tiramisu and profiteroles were wonderful.

Really nice Hotel to relax & enjoy the fine food for dinner & breakfast. Nice walk down to town (but but if a walk back up to work off breaky😁)

We didn’t eat or sleep in the hotel, but we get a problem with our car in front of the hotel and the hotel director helped us immediately. He was really nice, helpful. He is a good men. And if the director is a good and honest man, the hotel must be good too :))) thank you!

The location is great. Overlooking the lake. 5 min walk down the steps to the firs small beach and maybe 10 min to the main beach.
Breakfast was good and so was the service. Food in the restaurant is also great and you can enjoy the view. You also get complimentary aperol. The owners are really friendly and helpful. If you love cats they also have the most adorable fluffs that love being petted but won't bother you if you don't approch them otherwise
Room had everything you need.
The only tiny issue we had is the smell of medicine in the room. It was gone after you start the AC, but back every time we left for the day and switched everything off.

The view is great, the breakfast is good (however it is missing vegetables and only has hard boiled eggs). However the "superior" room furnishing leaves something to be desired, it looks dated (90's style) and not too nice. The balcony offers a nice view, but it only has plastic furniture, and is not really separated from the other apart from a symbolic dividing rail (or a low "fence" - anyway the neighboring rooms balconies are in full view and so is yours) so there is no privacy on the balcony if there are other guests in the neighboring rooms. There should be enough parking space for most of the guests. The location is ok, it has a good view, but is some distance away from the nearby Cannero Riviera town, and there is no pavement on the road leading up to the town, so there is no safe way to walk there on foot apart from just walking on the narrow (and quite busy) mountain road.

Location is great, it's a very nice place and from the hotel rooms / balcony you have a great view over the lake. Hosts are very frinedly, gave good tips for diner / restaurants and breakfast was very good. Compared to hotels on the Swiss side, the price / quality level is much better.
For access: keep on the main street around the lake, coming from Switzerland it will be on the right hand side just leaving Cannero Riviera. Parking possibilities are restricted and narrow, the hotel is "in the mountain". From the hotel you have pretty good access to the beach, just cross the street and follow a small path (with stairs down to beach).

Everyone was caring and it was a pleasant stay.
The view is much better than from any other hotel in the village since it is on the hill.
I would have liked more offers on the breakfast buffet, however they care about special diets or allergies (for example they have gluten-free options and vegan milk).
