However the walls are very thin and you will share the dorm with 3 other rooms. They should put up a silence sign to remind people to be quiet outside their rooms. We were lucky that it was only our last night a family with kids were there who were making a lot of noise in the dorm. Kids shouting, the parents keeping the doors open while using the hairdryer, and using the kitchen etc.
Overall we recommend this place and you get a lot for your money! :)
The missing star is for the communication with the host who didn't provide any details how to access the room ahead and didn't reply to my email requesting this information. We came late in the evening and had to call because we didn't know the pass code and could't access the building.
The accommodation itself was really nice and worth 5 stars.
I found myself perfectly, cleaning, service, kitchen, washing machine, soft beds, large bathroom, everything really perfect. The only flaw are the walls a bit too thin, be careful what you do because the neighbors hear everything HAHAHA. I will definitely be back
