Good hotel and services. Excellent parking. A negative note is that there was no seasonal fruit, melon, watermelon, peaches, or anything else for breakfast. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

The sea is clean as a tear , was and the staff seems to forget. For the lazy pool, quiet relaxing holiday

There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, nearest supermarket just 4 min away. Just you need to travel to a nearest beach

Great location and staff! Hotel rooms are a bit old but nice balconies. The location is great with a beautiful terrace literally on the sea. The staff is very kind and serviceable. Will come back!

Lovely stay in the centre of Cagliari This was a lovely hotel conveniently located in the centre of Cagliari with the port, restaurants and public transport all nearby

The rooms were comfortable with AC, a fridge, decent wardrobe space and a modern bathroom. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options (including local biscuits and pastries), and good coffee

This hotel is centrally located and you can walk pretty much to all places in town. Breakfast delicious. Rooms are big, great bed and great bathroom. Free parking.

Upon arriving at Palazzo Tirso, a good few hours before the guaranteed check-in time, because my flight was early in the morning, I was informed that my room (a Prestige Suite) had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite

Even the lighting has a dimmer switch. One minor drawback: the breakfast could benefit from a few hot dishes other than eggs. But I highly recommend this hotel and would return if the opportunity arose

The hotel is good, bus stops are not very far. You can walk to the center of Poetto beach in 15 minutes, and to the extreme western part by bus in 30 minutes, taking into account the waiting time for the bus

Grat hotel in the very comfortable place (just 20 minutes walk from the beach), well communicated to the city and beach. Rooms are very big and clean ans the crew is very helpful and nice.

Outstanding location, great service and facilities. The personnel is friendly and the hotel in great condition. The Poetto dog beach in the area so good! It’s the reason why we went !

Of the minuses: It is not always convenient to get to Cagliari and back in the evenings, especially pay attention if you need to go to the airport early in the morning and decide to get there by public transport

Nice hotel not far from the centre and very close to the ferry. Ample inside parking for motorbikes and wonderful staff. International breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was really good

Amazing breakfast The breakfast was amazing. Well worth the stay alone. Room had AC, which is always a plus in Europe. Bed was comfortable and shower had nice hot water pressure.

The staff are amazing, from the reception , great lady who did our room, the staff at breakfast, always have a smile, the breakfast is great especially the coffee. Always 2 cappuccinos first then 2 espresso’s

The room was very clean and spacious. The outlets to charge your phone were in odd places, but not a terrible inconvenience. The bathrooms were a little dated, but very clean

The location is great, you have underground free parking, most hotels in Europe now charge you a daily rate of €14 euros per night

The view from our sea view room was limited, The hotel is located across the street from the beach, which is fine. However, your sea view is completely blocked by this huge elongated building

The room was clean, house staff very efficient. Explored Caglieri via bus ( so convenient - just behind the hotel). The beach is just across the road. Breakfast options were ample, staff very attentive and courteous!

Not very flexible hours for check-ins and check-outs. Any additional service comes with a price (Beach towels, luggage storage. Communication was complicated as well

Relais in a central location in Cagliari. The structure looks very good. The spacious and elegant room also had a jacuzzi inside ... for a relaxing holiday.

Very good hotel with splendid English speaking service …( met 3 different receptionists, all three were as friendly and helpful ) compared to other places I have stayed in Cagliari this hotel really outranked higher starred places ! The hotel is located in the centre of Cagliari. Very close to restaurants, bars and also short walking distance. Overall,I love the antique interior design. especially the lift and the room decorations

On the day we were leaving, after check out, they had no problem to store our luggage for cca 6 hours(for free). Breakfast was a bit poorer but it was off season so its ok

Palazzo Doglio is hands down the best place to stay in Cagliari. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like royalty — the service is impeccable, warm, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing

There is a beautiful SPA set up including a pool or more like a big-jacuzzi. It’s lovely - you get massaged by water pressure points. The carefully positioned water jets allow you massage your back etc

Apart from being one of the best appointed hotels I've stayed at the staff are fantastic. They remember and pay attention to the little details that make a temporary stay feel like family

The service is still very good (esp front desk and concierge) we appreciate the help given by Gianluca and colleagues for dental, hair saloon recommendations and booking appointments

The room phones don’t work, Aircon cannot be controlled or turned off … The restaurant food is hit and miss. We had the fregola which was good but the Ombrina (fish) came rock hard

The staff are all very friendly and the whole hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Despite being so close to the station there was little noise and we slept very well. We’d definitely stay there again

Everything is great, the only thing that was upsetting is that it’s written that there is a parking, so we thought that there is a dedicated place where we can park the car which belongs to the hotel but you will have to search for a place around, and the difficulty of this task depends on the time of the day

Do not hesitate to sleep here, the location is perfect (literally next to the train station so it is perfect if you are arriving from the airport), the place is very clean, the beds very confortable, and finally the host is very reactive and here to help for any question

Room was clean with separate lounge and common dining area with fridge. Was not very sure about self check in but all went well. Although opposite station area is quiet a part from some early morning landing planes

Great location to walk to everything in Cagliari. It’s centrally located and just downhill from a plaza that has a supermarket, various restaurants, a gelateria, etc

It’s also just a few minutes from the bus and train stations. The rooms are clean, though everything is very old. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was very tight with a shower-head that leaked water

Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August

It was great, basic room near the beach with a small patio. Be aware of the reception hours… you cannot check in or out if they are not open.

On the bright side, the reception staff were great—very friendly and helpful. They offer beach towels for €2, though I only found out when I asked, so it would be nice if this was mentioned at check-in

The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is definitely one of the highlights. It's a beautiful spot, but very windy, so I recommend renting a beach bed for comfort

Comfortable Nice place, but difficult going up steps with heavy bags. Be sure to email to get entry information for entry codes and key pick up prior to arrival. Otherwise a nice place.

For the price you cant go wrong. Please note you must pick up key from a separate location around the corner, simple enough but you need to be mindful of this on arrival
